Light floods through this spacious penthouse apartment within a gated community of just 11 other properties. The apartment offers three double bedrooms where you can wake up to stunning views across the picturesque Las Ramblas. There are three bathrooms two of which are en-suite. Floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood through the open-plan lounge and dining area more akin to a villa than an apartment. The doors open out on to a large terrace, overlooking the gardens and pool, and beyond onto Las Ramblas golf course, ideal for sunbathing, pre dinner drinks or al fresco dining. For those wanted to cater at home the kitchen is light spacious and fully equipped and there are wide range of supermarkets from Mercadona to Aldi a short drive away. However for those wanting a purely relaxing holiday, a plethora of bars and restaurants, ranging from Spanish to Chinese to Mexican to Argentinian are within walking distance as well as an authentic Belgian bakery selling freshly baked bread every morning. Beaches at La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are just a short drive away. All modern needs are met with Wi-fi, Satellite TV and DVD available.

Grand appartement bien agencé pour 6 personnes. Seul bemol: l'air conditionné est en supplément ! Compter 40eur/semaine pour une utilisation uniquement la nuit et dans les chambres. October half term
We had a wonderful stay the property was spacious and had beautiful views from the terraces. Great location close to everything we needed. The only little niggle we had was the bed upstairs wasn't big enough and abit to soft would have been better if it was a king size instead of a double. However we would definitely stay again and thanks to Steph and Tina very quick to reply

Penthouse stay
A very nice apartment but in need of some attention. We had a problem with the oven and a new one was delivered within a couple of days. Surfaces in the whole property were very dusty but this may be the breeze blowing it in as we had the windows/doors open. Area very nice, close to supermarkets, bars restaurants and beaches. Lovely views of the golf course and canal that runs alongside the road at the front. Overall we had avery nice time and would return. Thank you

Lovely property and great location
The apartment is lovely with great views of the golf course (sadly the weather was not good enough for us to enjoy too much). Plenty of space and will appointed apartment. Check in/out was easy and Sue who met us, was very helpful and accommodating our early arrival and late departure. Location was the key point for us as we wanted to sample life in that part of the town and it is just perfect. Close to La Fuente centre (8 mins walk at most) but far enough away to feel like you are in your own quiet part of the world. Would certainly recommend this apartment.

Ubicacion y traquilidad
No estaba limpio y el presidente de la comunidad a los españoles les da indicaciones de respetar la tranquilidad de la comunidad pero a los ingleses y alemanes les deja utilizar la piscina de campo de vóley, bañarse fuera del horario de piscina, meter colchonetas pelotas... dentro del agua. Un sin fin de normas que a mí y a mis hijos nos prohibido el primer día de entrada en el apartamento.

prachtige woning op schitterende plaats
erg mooie woning/appartement gelegen op het golfterrein Las Ramblas. Wandelafstand van 5 minuutjes tot La Fuente waar voldoende winkels en restaurants zijn om elke avond gevuld te krijgen.

Great penthouse
Having arrived for my wedding we had clear communication with Tina from arriving at Alicante airport. She was waiting at the house with the keys and explained the workings of the house. The house is spacious, clean and full of everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Tina was extremely helpful with one or two issues that arose and was always a text away if needed. The morning of the wedding she sent 2 bottles of cava for us to celebrate with. From talking to other people around the pool there are quite a few rules with people feel are outdated and set by a few of the owners who feel entitled to set them because they Rent out their properties. The pool area is great, however people are very conscious of certain residents and the rules, and therefore were far quieter and reserved then they would have liked on family holiday where their are children. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Impressive, and it didn't disappoint
Just back from Tudemir having stayed for the first time and would definitely return. A great location and the views from the balcony are simply stunning. Wow!
I rented this apartment for my sister and her three teenage children (14.18.21). Ideal as I was in the ground floor with my young children aged 6 and 8 and niece who is also 6 and being in the top floor was very quiet. It also had the most fantastic views!! The master bedroom was amazing with en suite. Apartment is Very light and airy. Air con on a meter so you have to be careful and take careful note of instructions (perhaps write them down) on how to change the meter card. You need the air con as it does get hot. This apartment is well located. We have booked this apartment for two weeks at the end of next summer and the bottom floor again for 4 weeks. We can't wait to go back! A fantastic apartment and thank you Steph for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful apartment in a wonderful setting! Perfectly finished throughout. Great all rounder!
