Rodgers' Retreat is a modern, end terrace property situated on the award winning Bay Holiday Village 3 miles from the seaside town of Filey.

This immaculate and stylish 2 bedroom cottage is equipped with everything you should need for your stay and includes a south facing patio and BBQ area. Ample parking nearby.

*** CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ***

We welcome up to two well behaved dogs at no extra charge and all towels and linens will be provided. Full central heating and high chair available.

The living area has a good selection of books, games and DVD's as well as TV with free view channels.


Downstairs there is an open plan, bright and clean living area with modern kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and microwave) alongside a comfy TV living area with bi folding doors to the patio.

Upstairs are 2 clean and bright bedrooms (one king size bed and one twin) a cot can also be provided. A family bathroom with rainfall shower is located upstairs with an additional cloakroom downstairs.

This property is modern and tasteful with clean lines and immaculate throughout, it is also non smoking.

Within a 5 minute walk of the property you will come to a pub serving food, pharmacy and The Bayside Cafe.

A private footpath takes you to one of East Yorkshire's most spectacular beaches only a short walk away surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Included in your stay is free use of the onsite heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The grounds are well maintained with safe footpaths and walking routes, gardens and bike hire.

The quaint traditional seaside town of Filey with its beautiful promenade, cafes and beach is only 3 miles away.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Rodgers' Retreat. Lovely, clean accommodation in a great location, a 5 min stroll to the leisure complex. It shares a communal grassed area which is great for the children to play. The hamper was a thoughtful touch as was the dog box.

Lovely Place To Stay
The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, like home from home. The welcome pack was generous, a lovely touch. The Bay is so well maintained and not a far walk from the beach which was nice. Allocated parking space which I think is good as no driving around looking for and paying for parking. The bed and sofas were the comfiest we've encountered. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you to the host Lucy for great communication and our stay in this lovely property.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (4 nights) and was a great base to walk from with our dog. We were lucky with mild weather and happy to relax there in the evenings

Fabulous Filey!
Everything was spot on. No complaints about the house at all. Pub on site very nice clean and welcoming. However menu very poor. They should add to it. Both for food and drinks. I also think £9 for a glass of wine is a bit steep!

A lovely clean, dog friendly cottage in a great location. The welcome hamper was very generous and a nice touch. We struggled a bit with a small fridge and no freezer for a family for two weeks but otherwise a really great cottage. Communication prior to the stay was excellent too.

A very well maintained and appointed home-from-home. Good location which has quick access to the beach which is great for our four-legged friends! Some lovely touches include an arrival hamper and a dog box in case you've forgotten any essentials for the most important occupant. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

The house was warm and clean when we arrived and a cot was put out for us with fresh bedding. The location is ideal for for walking on the beach and a little further will take you into Filey for some decent fish and chips. We loved it and would definitely stay again!
