About this property

Beautiful, smoke-free two-story oceanview/beachview condominium with private balconies overlooking pool and beach. This rare two level unit has two balconies; one on main floor (4th floor) and one off Master Bedroom (3rd floor). Unit has great views of ocean, beach and pool area.

As our guests at this private all-season resort you will have access to South Carolina's famous long white sand beaches. The Resort has seven exclusive tennis courts, a Starbucks, Restaurant, jogging trails, bike paths, spa, and a pool complex which you will also have the right to use.

Each bedroom has private bathroom. Linens and towels provided. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own cable tv, and private bath with jetted tub with seperate his and her vanity areas. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds.

Main den, kitchen, and dining room on upstairs floor and bedrooms on downstairs floor. Great for privacy with family or friends.

TV with VCR and DVD unit and spacious den for fun with everyone.

This is an older complex and we take care to keep it clean but if you are expecting brand new accommodations you may want to find another complex.

Private covered parking on-site also included with plenty of extra space for guest. During summer weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday

Beautiful view from balcony!

Wonderful views of the ocean from both balconies. Loved the two story layout and the master bedroom was large with huge bathroom. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay

Our family really enjoyed staying here. There was more than enough room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean!

Good time

Unit is dated as far as furnishings, cabinetry…that sort of thing. But everything was in good shape, all appliances worked, plenty of space, plenty of hot water. Good location. Communication with host was excellent, very responsive. Would definitely rent this space again.

Comfortable condo, great location with gorgeous views.

This is a spacious condo with a great layout. It affords privacy for anyone who needs it, as well as plenty of space to spend time together. I’ve rented the place 4 times and it’s always spotless when I arrive. It’s not fancy but still very comfortable. The balcony view off the main living space is spectacular.

Perfect stay

Had the most perfect long weekend at this amazingly beautiful piece of property in the gem of Pawleys Island. Gorgeous views and plenty of room for our family of 4 in this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2 level condo. Did not ever want to leave. Would stay here over and over again.

Family time at the beach

Great Spot!

We had a great time celebrating my dad’s birthday with family. Great property with beautiful views. Very clean and well cared for. Management had everything ready for us and check in/out was simple. We plan on returning again next year!

Love it!

My husband and I have reserved this condo multiple times. We love Litchfield by the Sea and have stayed in many different condos but this is one of our favorites. The only negative in my opinion is that the kitchen is very basic (old appliances, limited skillets, etc) but everything works so it doesn’t keep me from giving this place 5 stars. We will reserve it again on our next trip.

The location was great. The accommodations suit our needs quite well. Kitchen was well equipped. There is one maintenance item that should be taken care of....the tub/shower has some drywall issues.

Great Place

I’ve stayed here with friends twice this year. It is in a beautiful location, with great shopping and dining. The condominium is not what discriminating ladies would call pretty, but it is completely equipped with everything one needs. Good parking too. I would stay there again for sure! FYI, the owner is completely receptive to recommendations you might give to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Fabulous and Comfortable

We have visited Litchfield by the Sea for many years and love it there. You can’t beat the gated community for a safe environment, and the beach is beautiful as well. This condo is one of my favorites as it has remarkable views from 2 balconies and a spacious floor plan. We have stayed there twice and plan to return in May. I highly recommend it.

Family Vacation

We always enjoy Litchfield and this condo was perfect for us. We loved the view of the ocean from the balconies and the short walk to the beach. The ice machine in the wet bar was a big plus. I like that each room has its own bathroom and there is a half bath in the main living area. Plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying a few meals cooked in. We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful stay

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Yes, if you are looking for an up to date place with all new furnishings, this place isn't for you however it truly has everything you need. Great views, quiet location, enough beach access and pool accessibility for everyone. Location to shops, food and things to do, are easy to get to. If you really need to get into the hussle of things, Myrtle is only about 30-60 minutes away. We will be visiting back here again. That's a guarantee!

Great ocean view. Nicely furnished unit. As the listing indicated, this is not a recently renovated unit - but everything was very comfortable, in great repair, well appointed, and perfect for a beach stay. Work definitely rent again without hesitation. Garo was extremely pleasant and super responsive!

Large enough for everyone and all of that extra gear you bring to the beach. Really appreciated owner providing complete cleaning supplies, for dishwashing, and laundry. One note, though, all three bedrooms are down a steep flight of steps.
