We are 2 houses away from the Waldorf Astoria Resort's front door. Restaurants etc -- 1/4 mile beautiful walk to the front door.
Water fall/pond at entry with massive Living Room & Fireplace. Step up to the Pool Table and watch Golfers or Birds on the lake. Kitchen area is a kitchen-ette with 2-burner cooktop within the wetbar area.
Wi-Fi, Cable TV, STOCKED Fridge with drinks, breakfast foods, and treats included. Linens and dishes+ included. Biltmore Shopping Center is around the corner. Being on 'the circle' is wonderful for walks (about 2 miles around the circle) And the canals go for miles and miles for walking, jogging, and biking.

PLEASE, let us know of any restrictions within your area from which you are coming. Rules seem to be changing daily, please stay informed, including travel restrictions and mask requirements, both from your place of residence and here in the Phoenix area.
NOTE: This home stands on its own; has its own cooling/heating system - actually 3 units, thus no shared air ducts with any other structure AND private OUTSIDE entry.
Phoenix passed new ordinance - must be 30 day stay or more. If you need shorter, send an inquiry -- new ordinance says 30+days - but you can leave whenever you want.
Please note: if you are planning to bring a pet, send me an inquiry including type of pet.
Don't forget -- this is a desert environment and we front the golf course which is very lush with plants and animals, rats, mice, bats, including bugs -- scorpions, wasps, bees, spiders and all sorts of other insects which ALL can sting/bite anywhere, inside or outside of the property.
Also -- the Hotel is its own private business and does not offer free services or free use of their facilities to homeowners, their guests, or friends. I wish they did!
