2-bedroom, 84sqm in heart of town and close to beach
This pool facing unit incorporates two good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright living room and a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a dining breakfast bar. the bathrooms are fully limestone tiled with walk-in showers, and a separate bath and shower. There are 3 televisions (one 43" smart TV) and a balcony offering lovely pool view. Also free high speed WiFi ans laundry mashine is provided
Our condos offer high standard usually found in 4-5* resorts:
*Electric safety box (large enough to fit a laptop)
*Guaranteed soft beds (extra thick topper)
*Top quality 250 count sateen bedsheets, pillowcases, etc..
* different towels in 4 sizes in each bathroom
*Free wifi internet
when check out you will settle for utilities (water and electricity) meters are read during check in and check out.
Clean bed linens and towels are provided when check-in. During your stay you can order maid service at front desk. Only cleaning is about 400THB and change of bed linens and towels (two bedrooms and bathrooms) is about 500THB in fees to the laundry shop in building.
Final cleaning and laundry after check out is charged at the time of reservation and thus included in the amount paid
