Appallingly disappointing
We had a number of issues including house too cold, no spare bedding. Fire with gas bottle giving out smell and fumes. Unusable TV too complicated involving three hand controls and a mouse and kodi box which had to be rebooted on every occasion. We arrived late st night but no welcome pack. Water and milk would have sufficed. Water cooler provided leaked all over kitchen floor. To cap it all the Cyprus Electric man came whilst we were out on our penultimate day and turned off the electric because the owner hadn’t paid the bill for three months. We had no water, no light and had to throw out all the food we had in the fridge. The agent rang him in Britain and he offered to put us up for the night in his own villa but the agent said it had been empty for six months so hadn’t been cleaned and there was no bed clothes or towels. We had to resort to candlelight and no hot drinks next morning. It totally ruined our holiday. We are pensioners and have saved and looked forward to this holiday for many months. There were no emergency contingency and no emergency contact numbers supplied. This is a totally unprofessional set up. The agent did her best liaising with everyone but we still had to endure a totally stressful and unendurable end to our holiday
