Casa Magnolia- Big apartment near the Arena

This beautiful apartment is housed in an ancient palace, a stone's throw from Piazza Bra and the Arena. As soon as you reach the monumental entrance, you will find yourself in front of a wonderful interior garden (of which you can enjoy the view from the kitchen window). The fascinating original partition of the spaces consisting in a corridor, which runs through the apartment and from which the different rooms spread, immediately brings you back in time. We find the kitchen, complete with all the appliances and dining table, there is the sitting room, and finally we find three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and two with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
This choice is ideal for everyone who want a quiet stay in a noble palace just a few steps away from the Arena and that gives the chance to live the true day-to-day life of Verona.

Wonderful and so convenient
Amazing location and adorable property. Really charming. Close to everything you could want to see, visit, eat, etc and easy to park if you rent a car for longer trips.

Wonderful time in the heart of Verona. Location couldn't be any better. Everything is within walking distance. Well set up for a family. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with nice bathroom and kitchen. Spacious rooms. Only 3 bedrooms, not 4 and suited our needs well with bunk beds for kiddos. An ideal location to explore Verona on foot.

A beautiful refuge on the doorstep of the historical old town
The property is very well situated; an easy 100m walk to the gates of the old town & amphitheatre piazza. We loved the courtyard garden; it was like a refuge in the centre of the city. The apartment was very comfortable for us; 2 adults & 2 teenage children. Licia (property manager) was very responsive & provided lots of local insight to places to eat & visit. Verona is well situated for day trips to Venice & Milan but is absolutely lovely itself and worthy of several days exploring museums, galleries, castle & fortress. Highly recommend this property.

Great flat right outside the old gates
Beautiful flat right outside the old gates. Easy walk to the restaurants and stores in Verona, only a few feet from the Arena. Train is walkable too, so we did several train excursions from Verona and used it as a base to go to Bolzano and Vicenza.

Siamo stati a fine ottobre in questa bella casa. La posizione è fantastica e l'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort per me e la mia famiglia. Condizioni perfette. Siamo stati accolti con grande simpatia e assistiti alla grande. E' in centro storico e tutto è a due passi, veramente comodissimo e con 2 grandi parcheggi vicini. Speriamo di tornarci.

I can make only an excellent review. The location is the best you can imagine: Arena is 3 min by foot; Casa di Romeo e Giulietta is in 10 min by foot; Piazza delle Erbe is in 10 min by foot; Central train station with a good bus connection is very close or in 20 min by foot. So you can reach all the main things by foot. There is a good area for restaurants and cafes also. You can find everything you need. Supermarket is close to the house, so also 3 min by foot, and you can buy everything there. Flat is clean, large, very well equipped. There you have 2 bedrooms and the 3rd room to relax watching tv. Also the kitchen is big. I was not in a high season, and I can definitely say that price/quality is excellent. Next time I'll be in Verona, I would choose this apartment

«Appartement de charme en plein centre!»
Appartement très chaleureux. Excellente location, emplacement privilégié et calme, à deux pas du centre, de l'Arène et près de la gare, nombreuses boutiques à proximité et surtout un vendeur de glaces délicieuses! Nous étions bien à 4. Literies et lingeries de bonne qualité. Bien équipé pour faire la cuisine, le café, etc. Très propre. Un des meilleur appartement de nos 3 semaines vacances. Hautement recommandé!!Nous reviendrons!
