This house is completely equipped with all conveniences and comfort. Recently a new wood stove was realizedfor extra comfort and cosines. There is a spacious living room and open kitchen with appliances. The house has a separate toilet downstairs and a bathroom on the first floor. On the first floor is the bedroom for the parents and 1 bedroom with 2 separate bedsteads for the children. There is also a washing machine.
Outside a nice spacious veranda so you can sit outside all day. Very close by a lovely restaurant at the beach ‘Sint George’.

Ver beneden verwachting

De foto's zagen er veelbelovend uit, maar zoals we vaker zien tegenwoordig, geeft dit een zeer vertroebeld beeld van de werkelijkheid. Op de foto's zou je kunnen denken dat je in een mooi modern ruim huis terrecht komt, echter is het verre van ruim en moder te noemen. Bij aankomst komen we in een huisje van 10 C....niet echt behaaglijk te noemen. Door wat pannen water op het vuur te zetten komen we op 18 graden uit... , want zelfs na 36 uur komt de temperatuur niet boven de 17 graden uit. Het Queensize bed.... heeft idd een groot matras, maar is vele malen groter dan de om/onderbouw zelf. Tijdens het douchen loopt als snel de badkamer vol water, dit omdat het doucheputje totaal verstopt zit met viezigheid. Een heerlijk omgeving maar een teleurstellend verblijf.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Dünen- und Strandnähe

Außer, dass der erste Abend sehr kalt war, da die Bodenheizung einen Tag braucht (hätte man im Vorfeld schonmal anmachen können), wsr es ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Das Haus war kleiner als erwartet - klein, aber fein. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Service hat gut geklappt.

Wenig im Inserat stimmte mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Völlig überteuert. Ungepflegter, abgewohnter und reparaturbedürftiger Zustand. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eine nicht benutzbare „Bretterbude“. In der Küche mangelt es an Vielem, insbesondere am Geschirr. Absolunicht zu empfehlen. nicht N

Am Ende enttäuschend

In der wunderschönen Gegend um die Schoorlschen Dünen hat leider nur die Unterkunft enttäuscht. Das „Neue Ferienhaus“ entpuppte sich als Wohnung (neben zwei oder drei weiteren) in einem unserer Wahrnehmung nach renovierten Bestandsbau. Die Außenanlagen an der Veranda links waren äußerst ungepflegt. Innen aber alles sauber. Die Innenausstattung (Geschirr) hingegen war nicht wirklich üppig, so dass die Geschirrspülmaschine häufiger als nötig laufen musste. Eine vierköpfige Familien konnten wir uns in der Wohnung nicht vorstellen. Das Bad oben und das Gäste-Wc verlangten schon eine gewisse Akrobatik, um sich dort keine blaue Flecken zu holen, so klein waren sie. Kleidung unterzubringen war nur in einem Wandschrank (Verschlag) mit Bügeln möglich. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr stark befahren, nachts aber ruhig. Wir waren aber noch nicht in der Hauptsaison dort. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter klappte - wenn auch ausschließlich über FeWo - stets prompt und freundlich. Bei Bedarf wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Insgesamt fanden wir es für uns zwei sehr enttäuschend, wurden aber durch die herrliche nähere Umgebung entschädigt.

Irreführende Angaben!

Vorsicht! Angebot vermittelt den Eindruck, ein komplettes, neues Ferienhaus zu mieten, es handelt sich jedoch lediglich um ein Appartement in diesem Haus!!! Das Objekt ist außen wie innen ungepflegt und in einigen Teilen einfach abgewohnt, die Betten präsentieren sich ibb Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in kleinster Weise. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und keine Ahnung, wie es zu den positiven Bewertungen kommt…

Verassing dat het een voorhuis is en geen los vakantie huis , dit staat nergens.veel geluiden . Verder zou het fijn zijn als er een leeslamp zou zijn , en mischien naar de Hema gaan om een setje koffie kopjes te halen. Een passende topper op bed zou fijn zijn . Tv beschrijving zou makkelijker zijn. Zo waren er best wel veel storende dingen voor een best wel heel duur weekje Wij hebben evengoed genoten van onze week , zie dit als tip voor verbetering .

es gibt Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Haus war nicht sehr sauber. Das Wohnzimmer und Küche waren schön, das Kinderschlafzimmer war nicht akzeptabel, die Betten waren eine Katastrophe und viel zu weich. Es gab keine Sitzkissen für die Terrasse. Ansonsten schöne Lage dicht zum Strand, wenig Verkehr.

Enjoyable stay but a few small tweaks needed

We (2 adults, 1 dog) stayed at the property for 8 days. Good points: the property is well-located with both the beach and village a short bike ride away (there is bike rental across from the SPAR in the village and some lovely restaurants for dinner). The apartment has a good sized downstairs and the kitchen has most of the utensils etc. needed. Not so good points: towels aren't included (which is mentioned in the ad) but I'm not sure why considering the price paid. Not even hand towels and a bathmat are included. There is generally a sense of "stinginess", just a travel sized bottle of washing up liquid, only one bin bag provided, no salt and pepper in the kitchen, etc. It would also have been nice to have some information about emptying the bin, the local area, and the tourist tax which we were asked if we had left on the table but we hadn't received any information about this from the property owner beforehand. Overall, we had a lovely stay and do recommend, there are just some little details that if done could easily improve the property and experience.

Nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt an eine viel befahrenen Straße. Vor allem an den Wochenenden war der Verkehrslärm sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist auch nicht neu, man sieht schon viele Gebrauchsspuren. Eins von den beiden Schlafzimmern war noch gar nicht fertig renoviert.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und Einkaufen, ideal mit einem Baby ist Kleinkind. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Strände riesig.

Strandnah, alles was man braucht

Man läuft ca 15 min zum Strand, ein toller Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto auch nur 10 min entfernt. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren bei der Ankunft erst verwirrt, da es sich hier nur um die vordere Haushälfte handelt, man hat auf der hinteren Hausseite noch 2 Nachbarn, was aber nicht stört. Ein direkter Parkplatz am Haus ist auch vorhanden. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist das Bett, welches sich nur vom umdrehen beim schlafen in zwei Einzelbetten teilt. Wenn man sich das Bett als Paar zu 2. teilt, Mus man auf kuscheln verzichten, da einer sonst schneller zwischen die Betten gerutscht ist und auf dem Boden liegt, als man gucken kann :-D Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een mooi vakantiehuis

De woning is prachtig gerenoveerd en dito ingericht en ligt op loopafstand van het strand van Camperduin. Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad. Enige puntje van aandacht wat ons betreft is het keukengerij. Dit was wat aan de beperkte kant (o.a. een slechte braadpan en verder enigszins 'bij elkaar geraapt'). Als dat zou worden aangevuld, zou dat de ervaring helemaal perfect maken. Een keer goed inslaan bij Blokker of Ikea zou dit probleem verhelpen. Verder werd uit de omschrijving van het object op de site van HomeAway niet helemaal duidelijk dat er ook nog appartementen in het gebouw zitten (ik dacht dat het een vrijstaand huisje zou zijn). Verder is het storend dat communicatie feitelijk alleen via HomeAway moet lopen (dit vanwege het steeds moeten inloggen op de site van HomeAway (dit is duss geen kritiek richting de eigenaar van het huis, maar richting HomeAway).

Prima verblijf voor een heerlijk weekend weg

Snelle communicatie door en met de verhuurder. Vakantiewoning was netjes en schoon en voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Wellicht kan het glaswerk in de keuken nog wat uitgebreid worden, maar als dat alles is wat er op te merken valt dan weet je dus al dat het een prima verblijf was! :-)

Schönes kleines Haus in toller Lage.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, eine schöne umlaufende Terasse, sein netter Vermieter und mit dem Fahrrad 5 min. zum Strand. Ruhige und erholsame 3 Tage in Groet verbracht. Vielen Dank und ich/wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war wieder sehr nett und unproblematisch. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.
