Upgraded Kitchen with new appliances is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Dining area has a natural wood table/seating for six. Living area provides a leather sectional sofa, recliner and natural wood tables. The tasteful mountain decor with hardwood flooring and pine ceilings throughout and gas pot belly stove adds charm to this relaxing retreat. There is a large deck with outdoor table/seating for your outside dining. Enjoy surrounding mountain views and listen to the soothing sounds of Fall River, while relaxing on either of our two decks.
This condo is located 1 mile from downtown with an accessible paved trail for walking or biking to town while taking in the natural beauty, the mountain views and scenic fall river - or take the EP free summer shuttle next door at The Wapiti Colorado Pub. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 3 miles away for hiking, picnicking and enjoying nature and viewing wildlife.

Fall Break Getaway

We were so excited when we arrived. The property looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean. A couple things I'd recommend are labeling the light switches and having a step stool for in the laundry room. My Mom and I are short and it was tough getting items out of the dryer. There wasn't a chair downstairs to bring in the restroom/laundry to use for reaching in the dryer. We enjoyed having the sliding glass door open upstairs falling asleep to the sound of the river out back and waking up to Old Man Mountain greeting us. Loved our stay!

Felt like home

Beautiful, roomy well appointed and beautifully decorated condo. It felt like home to us. Loved all the cute cabin decor. Great location, close enough to take a nice walk into town, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Also very close to the Fall River entrance to the RMNP. Beautiful creek runs behind the property that you can hear with the windows open. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip to Estes Park and RMNP. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Buyer beware. There is No Cable at this property as stated in the listing, which was very upsetting to us. That being said it is a lovely property. Lots of stairs but we knew that looking at photos. Lovely view of Falls river.

Peaceful Comfort

This comfortable condo was very well maintained, and located in a peaceful location along Fall River. Downtown Estes Park is minutes to the east, and the Rocky Mountain National Park is minutes to the west. The local management representatives were responsive and wonderful to work with. We greatly enjoyed the opportunity to stay here.

Rocky Mountain Park Family Vacation

Our family of four, including two college-age daughters, had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Bear Creek condo. The location was perfect and gave us easy access to RMNP, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, and yes, we saw several elk within a few feet of the back door one afternoon. I give it the highest rating!

Such a fabulous place

This place was perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable. The location was exactly what we wanted; close to the park and on the river that you can hear at night. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Quality furnishings. We could not have loved our stay here anymore.

Wonderful Stay in Estes

Heavenly views was just the right place for our group of 4. All the necessary necessities were available plus a little extra. We were pleasantly surprised to find little extras such as cream for our coffee. The beds were amazing!!!!! So comfortable- the best we have ever slept in away from home. The river out back was gorgeous. Listening to the sound of the river rushing by at night with the windows open was heaven! The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be serene yet close to all the activities. And the communication was great. I accidentally left behind 3 necklaces and the owner was quick to respond and to be sure the necklaces got to UPS to be mailed back to me. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great home base in Estes Park

We had a great stay at this rental. It is very close to RMNP, the Stanley Hotel, and a Safeway for groceries. It was lovely to hear the stream in the backyard, and we were delighted to see a group of elk in the front yard one afternoon. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, fans to keep things cool, all the basic kitchen tools, and easy parking. A property we would stay at again.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful! We saw various wildlife every day! The sound of the river through the backyard was amazing. They thought of everything... from games to pots, pans, and waffle maker. We hope to come back again and will be telling others about this place as well.

This was perfect for early May. The cast iron gas-fired stove quickly warmed the place up when we had 10 inches of snow. The city came and cleared the walking path into town by 10 a.m. and we enjoyed the walk, moving out onto the road a few times to get away from the elk. The location was quiet, the restaurant next door far enough away that it had no impact on the serenity. The jetted tub was excellent after hiking on icy trails. Mgmt responsive.

Wonderful and Peaceful

Absolutely loved our stay! It was so relaxing being able to hear the creek and watch all of the animals. We saw Elk, Deer, Turkeys and birds almost everyday of our stay. The condo was well appointed with all the necessities, toiletries and cleaning supplies were all supplied. The Wapiti restaurant next door is a must!

Truly heavenly

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and that’s always important on vacation. Nicely decorated and very homey. Location to downtown Estes as well as RMNP was perfect! We watch a lot of streaming shows so we were able to log into our account on smart tv’s. We would book again in a heart beat!

Estes Park- my happy place

Love coming to Estes Park. This home is so convenient to town, shopping & the park. So nice to sit on patio and listen to the river with a glass of wine.The owners were so nice to arrange for the animals to come to us. The marmot family in the back yard were fun to watch. One afternoon I saw a black bear walking across the river, we left for awhile and when we came back the bear was climbing up a tree on the side of the condo building. After a few hours nap he left. The next morning a big beautiful 6 point elk was having breakfast in the front yard. Accommodations were great- comfortable beds,love the sensor mirror in the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Awesome Condo in Estes Park

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I! It was far enough away from the busyness of town, but close enough to get there in a couple of minutes, with great proximity to RMNP. The rental was spotless, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The owners have thought of everything, and we were very thankful for all the little extra touches that made this place a great home away from home.

Estes Park Retreat

This property is so beautiful and peaceful! Every detail was considered from the toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchenware to the Rocky Mountain vibe in the furniture and artwork. Our family was so comfortable in this condo. The sound and views of Fall River and the mountains was a definite plus. We saw elk in the yard several mornings. The beds were extra comfy which helped us get a good night's sleep so we could awaken early for hiking in the park which is just a mile or so up the road. We can't say enough good things about this wonderful property. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

I could rave for days about our stay at this property!! I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and this one is my favorite. The condo is cozy and well kept. Truly every detail is thought of for guests. The location is close to the downtown Estes area as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. My family and I were sad when we had to pack up to leave. We will definitely be back!

Estes has the ideal mountain summer climate, wonderful natural environment and wildlife, and our beautiful second home is perfectly located on the banks of meandering Fall River. It is nestled amongst trees and amidst panoramic Mountain Views. One can safely experience frequent elk, big sheep horn and other wildlife sightings around the property, and a family of Marmots that live in the river rock bank - please don’t disturb or they’ll chirp loudly as a warning.
Condo is conveniently located 1 mile from downtown and just 3 miles from RMNP's Fall River entrance. Home-cooked meals can be readily prepared in our well-stocked kitchen, or guests can drive or walk into town to a variety of restaurants - or just walk next door to Wapiti Pub & Restaurant for drinks, casual dining or steaks.
