This comfortable and beachy 3 bedroom property is located in a tranquil, water fronted development of just 12 townhouses positioned around a central pool and whirlpool.
The ground floor is open plan with a well stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and two sofas. Double french doors lead to the private patio with loungers and an outdoor eating area for 6 guests. The patio is the perfect place to watch the humming birds and just steps from the lovely pool.
Upstairs are 3 bright bedrooms. The master bedroom has delightful views of the pool, a TV and a small en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 can be set up with a king sized bed or 2 single twin beds plus a double sofa bed for children. Bedroom 3 is small with bunk beds. Guests in bedroom 2 and 3 share the house bathroom. The property has air conditioning throughout and there's a dedicated parking space for one car.
The lovely Reduit beach is literally 5 minutes walk away as are several very good restaurants including Jacques Waterfront Dining. Scuba Steve's dive centre is just next door. The centre of Rodney Bay is less than 10 minutes walk away with its supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, smoothie bars, shopping malls and gym.

>> Beach Access - you are less than a 10 minute walk from beautiful Reduit Beach. Public beach access is located in between the Reduit Police Station and Spinnaker's Restaurant. Chairs, umbrellas, jet ski's, excursions, food & drink are all available for purchase/rent. Literally, just bring yourself and a towel and the rest is waiting for you.
>> Amanda's Property - exactly as advertised and an ideal location with the town and beach a 10 minute walk in either direction. Air conditioning throughout the home. The patio out back is perfect for dining or relaxing and even though it's only steps away from the pool, it's very private.
>> Check-in and Taxi - Wilbertha made check-in a breeze and she arranged for Earnest to drive us to/from the airport. He was waiting for us as we walked out of the airport.
>> Dining - There is a restaurant/bar right next to the property (Jacques Waterfront Dining and The Cockpit Pub) which we took advantage of. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in town. We hit Rituals Coffee Shop each morning for breakfast and dined at Amici's and Japanos for dinner.
>> Groceries - Full service grocery store in town that carries a ton of American brands. If you're not grabbing much, just walk to/from the grocery store. If you're stocking up for the week, grab a taxi for the ride back. They are plentiful and waiting just outside the grocery store.
Amanda and Sam were very responsive and made sure our stay was wonderful. They set up airport transfer with Ernest and he was great - we even set up a tour of the island with him. Property was as described, located close to the town center, definitely walkable. We did find a quiet beach away from Spinnakers - at the base of Mt Pimard, where we spent with maybe 6 other people every time we went. Overall a relaxing stay despite Hurricane Beryl brushing past during our stay. Highly recommend this property.
Nice place, but you may be unhappy w/ the neighborhood and other elements
This is a very comfortable place to stay and the pool was great too! The house was clean and the beds were very nice. The house could be better supplied with items that would help the stay be more convenient. But our main concern was that the surrounding area of Rodney Bay doesn't come across half as nice as you may expect. It's gritty, dirty, trashy, has tons of pushy, aggressive locals hustling their goods (including weed galore) especially on the beach, and it's a pretty long walk into the town center. I've traveled to nearly 30 countries, so I'm no stranger to various places and cultures, even plenty of third world countries and other islands. But we'd never go to Saint Lucia again unless we stayed on a resort or went via a cruise. The prices are outrageous for everything, especially food and transportation, and the trashiness and grittiness of all the surroundings (except Sugar Beach) took away from what we expected based on so many reviews about the beauty of the island. So be forewarned about staying outside a resort in Saint Lucia! But if you choose to do so to save money or whatever, then this would be a very good option.

But please please hire a car … go to Vigie beach , pigeon point , and Marigot bay … Jacques restaurant next door is gorgeous , but expensive …. But all the other restaurants are lovely
Had a wonderful stay over New Years at Rodney Quay! Amanda and her staff were lovely and so responsive to any questions or needs we had. Condo is in a perfect location- close to grocery, shopping, restaurants and beach! Highly recommend doing an ATV tour, a boat right in Remedy, zip lining in the rain forest, and a day tour to Soufriere. Our family of 5 loved Chef Robby’s and the shrimp Mac and cheese at Bambooze. Thank you Amanda for the use of your beautiful condo. It was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit to St. Lucia! We hope to come back!

This property was fantastic and perfect for the group we were with! It really felt like home and so easy to settle into. The pool was also a great amenity that we enjoyed every morning before starting our day. We liked the convenience that a grocery store and lots of food options were available. It’s also within a walking distance to Reduit beach and the Friday night street party is an easy taxi ride away. Sam the property manager was easily accessible via text and prompt with response to our questions. I wish I could have this place for all my beach vacations!!! Thank you so much for making our stay in St. Lucia so great!
Solid 5-star experience, clean & homey place in great location
The townhouse is located in a small gated community with a pool in the middle. The place is very well appointed, feels very homy with well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds. The outdoor patio is super private, surrounded by tropical plants, has seating and lounge chairs.
The area has lots of great restaurants, grocery store and best of all - world class Reduit Beach within walking distance! (Or 2 min drive:)
The check-in was super smooth, Sam met us in person and showed us around! We exchanged phone numbers and she was able to answer many questions and give us recommendations during our stay.
Wifi was a bit slow for 1 day we had to work remotely.
This 3 BR condo is in a great location within walking distance of Reduit beach, shops, restaurants and bars, next to dive shop and has a pool/garden. Very comfortable !

I now own 3 properties in Rodney Bay and it gives me great pleasure to be able to offer these properties to my guests. I hope our guests will enjoy spending time there as much as I do. From each guest I learn something new!
Why they chose this property
We bought this property as it's in our ideal location. It's a water-fronted development and only 300 meters from the beach. We enjoy the proximity to the beach bars, restaurants, grocery stores and mall. A rental car is not necessary. I bought the property once all the renovations had been completed and loved the contemporary decor and neutral colour palette. This property has the benefit of being in a gated community which makes me feel very comfortable when I stay alone.
What makes this property unique
There are very few 3 bedroom properties for rent this close to the beach and restaurants. There are even fewer furnished to this standard and with a dedicated team including the owner, property managers, housekeeper and groundsmen. The property has ground floor air conditioning (as well as in the bedrooms) which many rental units don't have. Guests like the proximity of the development to the marina and the beach and the private docks are an added bonus. The development retains its Caribbean feel but inside the property has been tastefully upgraded to appeal to a discerning visitor. Once on the island, Wilbertha (the property manager) will ensure your holiday runs smoothly. She can organise boat rides on board our very own 20 foot speedboat "Remedy", airport pick ups/drop offs, dinner reservations, trips, spa treatments, chefs, Piton mountain hikes etc. Nothing is too much trouble. Once a booking is received, Wilbertha will email you to introduce herself .
