All accommodation units have been completely restored in 2016 and feature modern and functional furnishings, selected with taste, elegance and utmost care. They have a separate entrance, but if necessary they can become intercommunicating. They can accommodate up to 15 people (4 beds in ZAFFIRO, 5 - 6 beds in RUBINO and 5 - 6 beds in AVORIO).
The apartments are located on the first floor of a noble palace, located in the heart of the enchanting city of Perugia, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. As soon as you leave the property, guests will find themselves strolling through the picturesque alleys of Perugia and will be literally wrapped in the charm of the ancient walls of this wonderful city. Within a few minutes you can reach Corso Vannucci, the Palazzo dei Priori, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Fontana Maggiore, the Rocca Paolina, the Morlacchi Theater, the renowned clinics Porta Sole, Liotti and Villa Fiorita and many other places of considerable tourist interest, Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice-cream parlors ... It can accommodate from 1 to 5 people and only in case of extreme need you can take advantage of an extra bed for a possible 6th guest, sacrificing comfort and space.
The unit consists of a small entrance - living room with sofa bed (width 135 cm), kitchen and dining area, from a spacious double bedroom also equipped with a single bed and a private bathroom with shower enclosure with crystal wall.
Guests have access to the super-equipped kitchen and also have an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. They can enjoy free unlimited WiFi, safe (laptop) and flat screen television too. In addition, the accommodation is also equipped with bed linen, bath and kitchen utensils and with general cleaning and personal hygiene products (the initial supply), it also has numerous accessories such as iron, ironing board, Hairdryer, clothes rack, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fans, multiple sockets, hot air heater ... and is equipped with all utensils. The accommodation has a portable air conditioning unit also equipped with a heat pump.
The apartment can be rented either without the use of the kitchen or with the use of the kitchen (at extra charge). Cleaning of the kitchen and utensils is not included in the final cleaning and must be made by guests (otherwise an additional charge will apply).
