About this property

Apartment (80 square meters) 400 meters from the sea, on the first floor of a small complex of eight apartments. The living area is on one level with living / dining room, TV, large balcony (17 m2), small new kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom with washing machine, double bedroom with TV and bedroom with bunk bed for 2 / 4 people. Private parking . The apartment is located in a quiet residential area just a few blocks from the center. At the end of the road you will find a bakery, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors. For children there is a playground nearby, with trampolines, inflatables and race cars, and a WWF park.

Comfortable apartment located on the coast near the pedestrian center of Marina di Massa. Day trips possible Pisa - Lucca - Siena - Florence - San Gimignano - Volterra. In summer, daily boat trips to the Cinque Terre. A visit to the Carrara marble quarries with a 4x4 jeep.

Schöner Urlaub

Eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage, alles in der Nähe. Muss nur beachtet werden, dass kein WLAN vorhanden ist.

Dopo accurata ricerca finalmente abbiamo trovato l'appartamento che rispondeva alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento si trova a poca distanza dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di tornare l'anno prossimo

Super séjour

L’appartement est grand, propre, fonctionnel et très bien placé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. L’emplacement est également idéal pour visiter la Ligurie et la Toscane. Merci à Donatella et Giuliana qui sont très disponibles en cas de besoin. On reviendra avec plaisir 😁

Geweldig appartement!

Een buitengewoon goed en verzorgd appartement, alles is aanwezig om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Naast t strand en de zee is deze locatie perfect voor culturele uitstapjes . Ontdek de oude steden, ga met de trein naar Cinque Terra, bezoek het muziek festival bij Lucca en het lichtjesfeest en de regatta in Pisa!

È il terzo anno che veniamo qui, sempre perfetto, zona favolosa, comoda sia per il mare che per le gite. La casa ha tutte le comodità, la zona è tranquilla. C'è tutto per passare una bella vacanza. La signora Donatella gentilissima e disponibile come sempre.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento 8 giorni, è ampio e per una famiglia di 4 persone è l'ideale. Ha tutto quanto possa servire, ha un bel terrazzo che consente di cenarci comodamente. La posizione è ottima sia per i servizi che per la spiaggia. Esperienza da ripetere

Perfect location for a family holiday!

I booked the place in a big hurry but luckily it came out perfect for our family of 4: comfortable apartment with all the necessary and very close to the beach (free beach also). A lot of activities and facilities in the area that you can reach just by walking. The owner is very nice and always available giving us precious advices. I really wish we can come back again :)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Wohnung von Frau Gazzoli in Marina di Massa

In genannter Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr heimisch gefühlt. Sie war ausgestattet mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Der gute Geist der Wohnung, die Nachbarin, war für jede Frage offen und sehr hilfsbereit wofür wir nochmals danken. Dieser Urlaub war für uns eine ganz neue Erfahrung. Mit den vielen Möglichkeiten der Besichtigungen, waren wir oft in der Region von La Spezia bis Pisa unterwegs. Fazit: Es war ein erlebnisreicher Urlaub, den wir nur bestens empfehlen können.

Wohnung war in ordnung, für uns 4 ausreichend.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute und ruhige Lage. Schöner Blick auf die Berge. Wirklich nah am Strand.Donatella haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber sie hat sich wirklich sehr gut gekümmert. Die Wohnungsverwalterin Giuliana, kann weder Englisch noch Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr schwierig gestaltete. Wer gern normalen Kaffee trinkt sollte seine Kaffeemaschine und Filtertüten nicht vergessen, die gibt es in Italien nicht. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag, wären Moskitonetze an den Fenstern angebracht. Wir hatten sehr viele Mückenstiche. Die ungewohnt sehr vollen Strände, waren nicht unser Ding. Aber ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub .Ein Trip in die Berge ist ein Muss.Einfach wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung war auch wirklich sehr günstig. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank Donatella! Regards Fam.Burkhardt
