Lovely Stay

Great location

We stayed at Apartment 1 the keys for three months and very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a great location near the river making it easy to go on walks to the city center and to get to the university.

ideal for a couple

loved my stay here, very clean and easy to access, the property was a great base for exploring York and we would certainly reccomend, decorated to a high standard. We had the option of a late check out and this was great to give us the morning to leisureky check out, we tried the small cafe round the corner for breakfast, less than a minutes walk away, great for your morning coffee!!

Great location

Great location ,so easy to walk into town. Defo dont bring a big car to park, alley is really narrow. . Shower was brilliant very powerful and instant hot water. Other than that a lovely apartment and a perfect location, will definitely stay again.

Great location

The apartment was in a great location (10mins walking to the city centre) I was so glad reading previous reviews about the struggle of getting a big car threw the tiny ally way so we took my car which just fitted (Toyota CHR) we drove to the bottom of the road and the turn is slightly bigger than the 1 which is stated on the attachment they send you. There was some minor damage in the apartment - bedroom door had a crack in it and the couch had rips on the arm. Overall the apartment was clean and it was ideal location

Great base for exploring York

This apartment is a great base for exploring York. If you turn left out of the front door and follow Ambrose Street down to the river, York centre is a lovely 10 minute walk along the river bank. It is a comfortable, well equipped apartment, only downside is the parking. The parking space is down two very narrow alleys. That wouldn’t be a problem it there weren’t two very sharp corners to execute down those alleys. My car will be visiting the body shop next week unfortunately. It is a big car but the alleys are extremely narrow and there is no on road parking in the vicinity that isn’t permit only. Other than that it is a wonderful little base for a break in York.

Great Stay

Had such a lovely stay at Apartment 1 The Keyes! The apartment was nicely decorated and made an extremely cosy break away. Free on street parking was really convenient and only a 10 minute walk into York city centre. York Boutique Lets staff were really lovely and really helpful. Any queries we had were answered straight away .We had a brilliant stay and have already recommended to friends. Thank you again for a fantastic stay

Excellent property, clean and tidy and only a 10 to 15 min walk to the town centre. On street parking too so no need to pay for city centre parking during your stay

Great appartment right in the cityu centre! with FREE PARKING

We had a very comfortable stay at the stylish and spacious appartment. This property has 2 bedrooms that are spacious and the kitchen and living space is great for a small family. the TV has netflix which was great for us on a night time. The location of this property is amazing for anyone wanting to stay in the middle of York's City Centre as it is located on fease gate which is just off cony street. There are lots of bars and restaurants as little as a 2 minute walk from this appartment. There is a costa round the corner and York Market is only a two minute walk away! Although the property is in the city centre there is a free parking space that comes with the peoperty. we did not make use of this but it would be great for anyone travellig by car. The appartment is beautiful and modern and we will definitley be visiting this property again due to its spacious interior and amazing location.

Lovely Apartment

Great stay, friendly and responsive hosts, nothing was too much. Apartment location was great! Easy walking distance to the town, on street parking, convenience store literally at the end of the street.Cosy apartment, fully equipped kitchen area. Comfortable sofa bed. Nothing to complain about and would return.
