Schöne Tage
Die Wohnung ist hell und nett eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Jurgen war bestens. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Lidl und damit gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage zum Meer ist gut- leider hatten wir allerdings schlechtes Wetter mit viel Regen. Besonders der Hinterland ist sehr schön und lässt sich mit dem Fahrrad wunderbar erkunden!

Der Vermieter ist ein Schatz
Diese Bewertung betrifft das tolle Verhalten des Vermieters. Denn ohne ihn wäre unserer Urlaub deutlich schlechter ausgefallen. Durch einen Wasserschaden mit einhergehendem Ausfall der Elektrik in der Ferienwohnung standen wir zwei Stunden vor Anreise ohne eine Unterkunft da. Aber unser Vermieter hat sich trotz seines eigenen Schadens um alles gekümmert. Er besorgte uns eine Ersatzwohnung, er brachte uns Bettwäsche und Handtücher und er gab uns einen Parkplatz, was in dem Ort echte Mangelware ist. Und das alles machte er mit einer tollen Freundlichkeit und viel Humor für die Situation. Jürgen, du bist Spitze.

Très bien
Appartement agréable, bien meublé, bien équipé. Inutile d'emporter des tas de choses, tout s'y trouve : poivre, sel, huile, épices, papier alu, etc, etc. Propriétaire très réactif, gentille attention à l'arrivée. Bref, tout était très bien, à conseiller.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement für einen Besuch in Koksijde
Wir ware für einen Kurztrip in Koksijde und haben es sowohl mit Jurgen als auch dem Appartement sehr gut angetroffen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert und geantwortet. Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

16.072023 Rosalia Sp. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, gemütlich und toll gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am wunderschönen Strand von Koksijde. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Hamers war immer problemlos und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schöne Wohnung
Wohnung sehr gemütlich, es hat alles was man braucht. Wohnung nahe am Meer, aber auch schnell im Zentrum. Die Küstenbahn hält vor der Wohnung. Haben das Auto nie gebraucht. Auch zum Fahrradfahren super.

Die Wohnung lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Lage ist top, 3 min zum Strand entfernt und ebenfalls nur 8-9 Minuten bis zum Ortskern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ebenfalls reibungslos

Nette, gut eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet. Etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Die Standt ist schön und mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurans, Kaffees und Bäkereien sind reichlich vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist problemlos gelaufen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons passés quelques jours dans cet appartement qui est très agréable. L'hôte est très sympa et nous y retournerons certainement. Cet appart est très bien agencé et tout y est...n'emportez rien de chez vous. L'hôte a pensé à tout! Tout près de la digue et très bien exposé. Propreté 10/10. Vivement notre prochain séjour à la côte belge en espérant que ce même appart sera libre.

Top Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen , ein kurzer Weg zum Strand . Die Tram direkt vor der Tür und Der Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus , was bedeutet es ist sehr ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und sehr sauber aber kann für Sommernächte sehr warm werden, da es für 2 Personen sehr kuschelig ist. Das Wohn/ Esszimmer ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Nur müsste das Bild einmal aktualisiert werden , da jetzt eine zweisitzer Couch drin steht ( diese ist auch sehr bequem und nicht störend ). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist absolut Problemlos gelaufen, er ist sogar so lieb und gibt Restaurant Empfehlungen ( Danke nochmal!) Die Kontaktlose Schlüssel Übergabe , hat einwandfrei funktioniert . Für uns eine sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir werden wiederkommen !

Très belle découverte
Les points forts : le parking privé pour la voiture situé au pied de l'immeuble, un geste d'attention en entrant dans l'appartement (je laisse la surprise aux futurs locataires), le lit est fait, les essuies de bain et de cuisine sont à disposition, il y a de la place pour les vélos à la cave, et au départ, le nettoyage est pris en charge dans la location. Le seuil point peut-être moins agréable, c'est que la terrasse donne sur la voie du tram, mais le tram, n'est-ce pas aussi ce qui fait le charme de la côte belge ....

schöne helle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sauber und gepflegt. Die Nähe zur Düne/Strand ist toll, man kommt zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zum Meer. Wir hatten einen angenehmen, erholsamen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke dir Jurgen für die gute Kommunikation.

Spitze für Vorsaison
Für unseren Reisezeitraum in der Vorsaison eine perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr kurzer Weg zum tollen Strand und Besorgungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind nach 5 Minuten Fußweg möglich. Die vor dem Haus verlaufende Straßenbahn stört überhaupt nicht, da das gemütliche Schlafzimmer zur Gebäuderückseite liegt. Würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und danken dem engagierten Vermieter für die unkomplizierte und nette Vorgehensweise.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Schöne Wohnung mit einer Küche die sehr gut und wertig (gute Töpfe, scharfe Messer, Tupperware...) ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns prima erholt und den Urlaub genossen - auch wenn ich nun einiges beschreibe, was pro und contra ist. Das Balkonfoto irritiert, die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage und direkt über einer großen Ampelkreuzung in einem 5 stöckigen Appartementhaus. Die Kreuzung hat uns nicht gestört und wir waren in der Vorsaison, so dass wir das Haus fast für uns alleine hatten. Es war nicht sehr warm, was gut war, denn das Bett ist maximal 140 cm breit - bei Hitze bestimmt etwas klebrig/schwitzig 😜! Der kürzeste Weg zum Strand (200 Schritte) geht über eine Betontreppe aber auch ohne Treppe ist der Weg zum Strand kurz. Die Möbel haben uns gut gefallen - stabil und modern. Das Sofa ist kleiner, als auf dem Foto und mit einem Überwurf, was ich toll finde, da der waschbar ist - sich auch frisch anfühlt und prima eben auszuschütteln. An einigen Ecken in der Wohnung war es recht staubig, die Ecken haben wir nicht benutzt - die Wohnung bietet genug Platz - oder eben das mehr als reichlich und vielfältig vorhandene Reinigungsmaterial benutzt. Saubere Fenster wären schön gewesen. Die liebevollen kleinen Details, wie schöne Dekoration und gute Textilien sind ein großes Wohlfühlplus! Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder in den Keller zu tragen, doch das haben wir nach 2 Tagen gelassen, denn die Treppe ist steil, eng und rund - vor dem Haus sind fest montierte Fahrradständer an denen wir die Fahrräder angekettet haben. Wir würden nochmal - irgendwann vielleicht - einen Urlaub in der Nebensaison in dieser Wohnung machen!
