When it's time for meals, there's no need to head out if you don't want to, since here you'll have your own full kitchen, complete with full size appliances and all the standard gadgets. You have a dining table that seats four and for even more meal flexibility, the lovely balcony area includes beautiful wooden table and chairs. Not only is there one balcony but you have an additional balcony off of the Master bedroom which makes it perfect for enjoying the morning sunrises. Of course, given all the wonderful world-class restaurants in Galveston, you'll probably want to have a few meals out - and the main Historic Stand Business District, full of restaurants, and just a short drive away!

Inside, you'll have plenty of room for relaxing in the living room, there's a full sofa (including a sleeper), comfy ergonomic chair and ottoman. For entertainment, there's a 43" flat screen Smart TV, Xfinity cable and a DVD player.

The two bedrooms are each equipped with a queen size bed and television with cable service. The two full bathrooms include a tub/shower combination and vanity for ease of getting everyone ready and out the door to enjoy the alluring attractions Galveston Island has to offer. Plus in the entry hallway alcove you'll find a custom built set of bunk beds. This rental property will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

Other amenities include a shared laundry room on this floor, so you don't have to worry about getting dirty while out hiking around Galveston Island State Park or taking a cooking class with the Kitchen Chic.
As nice as this space is, the real star is the location! Just a 1/4 block west of the end of the renowned Galveston Seawall, the largest continuous sidewalk in North America, and if you take a few steps outside to the stairs and across the Western parking lot you'll find the manicured Dune crosswalk and beach below. Once on the sand you'll be able to fly kites, build sandcastles, rent fun cycles to ride on the beach, or just spread out a blanket and spend the afternoon engrossed in a book.

A Short drive East you can browse galleries in Historic Strand District devoted to modern art, paintings, glass, photography, sculpture, antiquing and everything in between. At one of the many one-of-a-kind shops you can pick up some fudge, saltwater taffy, a kite, art supplies, or a beach-based murder mystery novel. Finish your day in town with a couple pints of Tiki Wheat Ale (Brewed at Galveston Island Brewery) and Red Tide Burrito at Yaga's Café, or walk North a couple blocks to Hearsay on the Strand for Crunchy Ahi Tacos and cup of roasted poblano soup.
