Nice house of 85m² (semi-detached on one side) ideally located on the seafront, direct access to the beach, in a small subdivision 30km south of Bastia. Great sandy beach very quiet even in summer.
The house is 5 minutes drive from Folelli, where you will find all shops including a large area;

- Ground floor: living room on an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
- Floor: 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Presence of a steep staircase that can be inconvenient for animals and people with reduced mobility.

Beach house

Wir hatten fabelhafte 2 Wochen direkt am Meer. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Une ambiance de colonie

Nous avions loué cette maison pour nous loger (8personnes) pour le mariage de notre fils, début mai. Ce fut une semaine comme quand j’étais petite en colonie de vacances 😀 Les pieds dans l’eau, le soleil, une voisine tellement sympathique, et cette maison si agréable et fonctionnelle avec une communication rapide et bienveillante du propriétaire. Bien évidemment que je recommande !

Strandhaus im Herbst

Das Häuschen klein und fein. Die Outdoordusche super um nach dem baden im Meer zu duschen. Die Lage ist toll, im Herbst hat es nur wenige Touristen, der Strand ist sauber und die Lagune bringt Süsswasser-Badespass.

Super schöner Urlaub auf Korsika

Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Tolle Lage des Hauses nur ein Steinwurf von einem wilden , natürlichem Strand entfernt. Ende August Anfang September hatten meine Familie und unser Hund den Strand fast für uns alleine . Das Haus hat alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Ausendusch wurde von uns nach jedem Strandbesuch genutzt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht gestört . Tagsüber die Läden zu machen , Nachts öffnen und die Kühle Luft vom Meer macht den Rest. Geschäft und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe etwas weiter weg vom üblichen Tourismus sucht ist hier genau richtig .

Magnifiques vacances

Un super sejour chez Vincent. La maison est top. Idéalement placée, elle a un accès direct à la plage dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. 3 kayaks sont mis à disposition et c'était parfait pour la mer mais aussi le fleuve juste à côté. La plage est très peu fréquentée donc c'était idéal pour les enfants et notre chienne. Je recommande vivement et ne manquerai pas de revenir lors de notre prochain sejour en Corse. Merci beaucoup

Location fonctionnelle et bien équipée sur la plage

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Benoît qui se trouve presque sur la plage ! L’environnement est très calme et le voisinage très sympathique. Nous étions 2 familles et la maison était parfaitement adaptée. Nous avons apprécié la plancha et les canoës mis à disposition. Benoit est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant. A recommander !

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem schönen Haus am Strand. Gartentür auf, sofort am Strand, die Lage ist wirklich Luxus pur. Gute Ausstattung im Haus, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einzig die Klimaanlage bei 27 Grad heißen Nächten hat gefehlt. 2 sehr schöne Beach Restaurants fussläufig in 15 min. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir kommen mal wieder!

Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir mussten nicht mal ein Handtuch mitnehmen, da wir direkt vom Meer in den Garten mit den Liegen gelaufen sind. Sauberer Strand, den man oft für sich alleine hat. Sehr feiner Sand. Wir konnten sogar unsere Strandmuschel aufgebaut stehen lassen. Die Außendusche war genial mit den Kindern. Einziges Manko mit kleinen Kindern ist das hellhörige Haus. Ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wirklich Füsse im Meer

Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt an einem wenig belebten Strand am Meer. Aufstehen, Badehose an, rein ins Meer...Vermieter und Nachbarn sind supernett und unkompliziert. Mit den 3 Kajaks kann man prima durchs Meer in den nahe gelegen Fluss paddeln, fußläufig gibt's nette Strandbars. Die Einrichtung zeigt mittlerweile wohl ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, wir haben uns aber super wohlgefühlt. Überdachte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei Regen sitzen kann, Küche gut ausgestattet, was will man mehr? Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Martina

Basic-Unterkunft mit einmaliger Strandlage

Ruhige Lage (Flugverkehr war nicht störend). Einfache Ausstattung der eher kleinen Räume, aber alles vorhanden. Schöne große Wohn-Ess-Küche, tolle Terrasse, einmalige direkte Strandlage. Die Kajaks wurden sehr geschätzt und oft benutzt. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken.

Maison conforme à la description. Simple, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Endroit tranquille, en bord de plage, un paradis pour les enfants pour jouer et pour les adultes qui ont besoin de repos !

Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon mari, une amie et nos deux filles de 11 ans. La location est idéalement située en bord de mer tout en étant très au calme, un vrai paradis ! Le propriétaire est très réactif aux mails et d'une grande gentillesse. La personne qui se charge de la remise des clés est adorable et très serviable. Ce contact humain nous a beaucoup plu tout comme le voisinage très gentil là aussi. La location est propre et, la mise à disposition du linge de toilette nous a permis un trajet en avion bien plus aisé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous reviendrons très certainement sans tarder. Merci ! 🙏

Bon séjour, emplacement idéal

Annonce conforme. La maison est toute proche de la plage et elle est bien équipée. Les ados ont apprécié les kayaks. En ce début juillet, la plage n'était pas trop fréquentée. Pour les marcheurs, il y a pas mal de ballades à faire aux alentours.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Söhnen (13, 9, 7,4) zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein kleiner Grünstreifen trennt das Haus vom Strand. So konnten wir unsere Kinder problemlos auch mal alleine zum Sandburgenbauen an den Strand schicken. Den Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Die Nachbarn (Korsen) sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. (Bei der Treppe handelt es sich übrigens um eine Wechselstufentreppe - nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet)

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Strandurlaub braucht. Besonders für unsere kleinen Kinder war die Nähe zum Strand toll, da man in der Mittagshitze schnell mal zum Haus konnte. Die Kajaks und die Aussendusche sind sehr gut. Die etwas steilere Treppe war für uns kein grösseres Problem, einzig der Strand ist nicht besonders fein und etwas dunkler, wie es aber in diesem Teil von Korsika normal ist.

Tolle Lage, toller Vermieter, tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage, zusammen mit vielleicht 40 anderen Häusern. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand und hat einen gepflegten Garten. Der Vermieter stellt neben Kajaks auch Sandspielzeug für Kinder zur Verfügung. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

SEJOUR FAMLLIAL D'UNE SEMAINE

J'ai trouvé cette résidence de vacances très bien aménagée pour profiter de la plage (équipement trés complet: canoé, masque, douche extérieure). Très proche des commerces (10mn), elle permet de trouver de bons produits locaux. Très bien située pour visiter le cap corse, Calvi, Corte. L'aménagement intérieur est très satisfaisant pour 8 adultes. Cette résidence est parfaite pour vivre dehors.
