Owner Operated...Oct. 2022 Renovated, Beach Front Private Balcony Luxury Condo

New Tile, New walk in showers in Guest and Master fully updated October 2022.
This condo is at Emerald Beach Resort (Unit# 1230) and sleeps 6 people, has an onsite Starbucks, a beach side pool, and a kiddie pool as well as a Fabulous Tikki bar, 2 hot tubs and a Sky Walk Bar with Daily Happy Hour Specials, located in the walkover. The resort is only 1.2 miles from Pier Park so there is plenty of stuff to do within walking distance. The unit is updated with all new bedding in every room, new tile through out the condo, new towels, a 50" smart TV with a DVD players in each bedroom and living room. The condo has a beautiful view located on the 12th floor. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 twin bunk beds. Cable TV and a cable box are in both bedrooms and living room, personal washer/dryer (inside the condo), Upgraded Hi - Speed Wi-Fi in unit, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig 2.0, toaster and a full array of cooking utensils. In the master bathroom there is a huge garden tub for the ultimate relaxation. There is no hassle of having to go check in or out, you receive a door code through email and you just go straight to your room when you arrive, and when you leave all you have to do is close the door behind you (no having to keep up with key cards and worrying about turning anything in).It is important to remember that we cannot guarantee you get the days you want until you make arrangements and your deposit. Disappointed in beach rentals. High price for chairs and umbrellas then they allow non rentals to place chairs/umbrellas and other items between you and the beach and block view of water. had problem with door lock but Heather was notified and she promptly took care of issue and checked back several times to make sure it was corrected.

Amazing property with stunning views
This is our 3rd year staying at emerald beach resorts, but our first year staying in Heather and Randy’s condo. Heather is so quick to respond to any questions at anytime, and so very helpful! The master bedroom is wonderful with gorgeous views. It is the perfect size for us and our 3 daughters. We definitely hope to be back and stay in this condo again!!

Baseball Get Away
We traveled to Panama City for my 9u travel baseball team! The property was amazing! To beach accesses, two different pools, ice cream bar, sky bar for adult beverages, fitness center! It was truly amazing. As far as our room goes although the check in was a little later than we wanted our property owner Heather was absolutely AMAZING! She cares deeply about her customers and was in constant communication the entire process and trip! I highly recommend renting at emerald beach resort from Heather! I will be staying here again next time we are in Panama City! Heather thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail!

We had every thing we needed . Condo was clean abs decorated nicely. The only recommendation is to have extra tp for the guests just incase. More than one roll 💐 Beautiful views . Can’t wait to return!

Heather and Randy's condo is beautiful and clean, just as described! We loved the space, the comfort, the porch with the perfect view of the beach/ocean, and the pool. The SkyBar is cool, too, and the gift shop and in house Starbucks is definitely a plus! Convenient to all types of stores (Souvenir, party, pizza, all across the street and Walmart just a couple miles away) Zollo's pizza was outstanding as well as Runaway Island beach restaurant right next store. Great food and right one the beach! Thank you for sharing your place on VRBO!

Perfect location!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Heather was super responsive thru the whole process. The location is perfect…walking distance to almost everything you need and not a bad drive to grocery shopping or excursions. Loved that they allowed midweek arrival and departure as I think it helped not being on the same day everyone else arrived/departed. Just overall loved the ease of everything! Definitely hoping to stay again!!

Great condo with beautiful views.
We have been to this condo for 8 years now and this was the first time staying in a 2 bedroom. Having the master on the beach side is so nice. You can hear the waves as you fall asleep at night. Having some drinks at the beach? No problem, Walk to a number of very nice BEACHFRONT restaurants all within <1 Mile. not to mention go carts, putt putt and arcade. If you want location and a great condo with a responsive owner that cares, look no farther and book this condo today! Don't wait or you will miss out!

This condo is superb! It is spotless, beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location near Pier Park, local restaurants, convenient store, and ice cream shop. The sunsets are amazing! The host is very cordial and responds promptly with any questions. I definitely plan to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful! My family had a great time! All daily necessities (soap, shampoo, cooking salt etc) are available in the condo which means you don’t have to run to a store the same day you get there. The views of the gulf and the sunset were breathtaking! Easy access to the beach and the pools. Across the street was the best shrimp, Mexican food and pizza!! Pier park is just over a mile away with tons of options for kids (best icecream ever at Marble Slab). Heather was very responsive to texts- helping out as needed! Overall, a great experience! We will definitely be back!

We are beach lovers at heart. After vacationing at the beautiful Emerald Beach Resort for many years we decided to take the plunge.... We purchased unit 1230 for our 2nd home as a place to share beach getaways with friends and family.We love the early morning sunrises, on site gym, all day under the southern sun and the breeze of the private balcony. Every chance we get we are packed and headed to PCB. The sand, sun and fun is what life is all about...
