About this property

Large 2 bedroom 2, 1/2 bathroom townhouse at Topnotch Resort,sleeps 8, OCT rates

(Same owner as 431223,please see our reviews).We recently fell in love with this extra roomy (approximately 1600 +sq. feet )Topnotch townhouse and the friendly, comfortable lifestyle. Please note how we differ from the other 2 bedrooms listed!!! This townhouse feels like a home.The square footage and layout and back yard on living room level distinguishes us.
Our property is also much larger with a powder room easily accessible on ground floor and with a huge outdoor space for children.The town of Stowe is charming with friendly people, no traffic lights and a 3-way stop sign in the middle of town. We make it a point to spend as much time here as possible. You can deal with us directly. Let us know what your favored dates are.We will be in touch.
Our townhouse is comfortable with 2 big bedrooms on the 2nd floor (Master has its own balcony, and master bathroom with over-sized jacuzzi ) eat in kitchen, large dining room for 8, two comfortable sofa beds in living room with a fun 2-person swivel chair for 360 view, and gas fire place, flat screens throughout and a nature's green back yard that is kid friendly for games and sports. Pools and spa are 30 second walk away as are the tennis courts. And did we mention our big gas barbecue as well? You'll love it as much as we do!

What is so unique about our properties is that we have privacy and exquisite views,while we are on the same property as Topnotch Resort and Spa. We are on 120 acres of land which features a four star resort.On the premises is the Topnotch Tennis Center which is rated #1 in the Northeast by Tennis magazine.
The spa was ranked among the top 10 in the country.

The spa has a choice of 120 treatments.There is a heated outdoor year round pool and hot tub and an indoor pool in a vaulted timber ceiling atrium that has a cascading waterfall hot tub that is quite an attraction.

A few miles down the road is Mount Mansfield which is considered the best slope in the Northeast.
The flavor of Stowe is attractive summer,spring ,winter or fall.There is a vibrant and inviting community and activities 12 months a year.It's easy to keep kids active and engaged in a multitude of outdoor and indoor activities,including game rooms etc.

The accommodations are world class.There are award winning restaurants on the premises and minutes away. Family friendly activities and unique stores and shopping make this part of the world so addictive.

Comfortable stay with no surpirses

Great stay for a pre-Christmas holiday vacation with my family. Debra is a great host and cared about our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the mountain shuttle was a little too far so we ended up driving.

Such a nice property

Very nice townhouse in a beautiful location. Nicely furnished with many amenities. Great location just across the street from the Stowe recreation trail and the Sunday farmer’s market. There is a good restaurant on the property and many others within a ten minute drive.

Great place and location

We had a great time. Loved this property. Very comfortable and clean. Close to Stowe Ski resort and walking paths. We were able to view the eclipse from the balcony!

Great location, great host

The host was super responsive and clearly cared about making sure guests had a positive experience. In addition, they made sure the check in process was smoother and easy. The unit was in a perfect location for exploring all that Stowe has to offer! A few minor things to note: the apartment needed a deeper clean between guests as there was pet hair throughout the unit and bed sheets were dirty (the host did bring new ones when notified), decor was not secured properly to the wall and represented a potential liability as it feel on my son and wife

Perfect place!

Perfect place for our Vermont getaway. The property manager was very communicative and even checked in during the week to make sure our stay was going well. The top notch is by far one of the best places to stay in Vermont! Will definitely be going back

Perfect visit to Stowe

This townhouse was a perfect home base for our visit to Stowe. the resort amenities are fabulous - very beautiful property, pools, hot tub - though the Flannel restaurant is currently closed. Location is perfect, between the town of Stowe and the mountain resort - and very convenient to the bike path. We biked into town twice -- the bike path is so picturesque and an ideal way to enjoy fall. The house was clean, neat, and spacious, with very comfortable furniture.

A perfect stay

This was my 20th year traveling to Stowe for an October retreat, and may have been the best one yet. Debra's rental was an exceptional condo for us and our adult children for a weekend of hiking, relaxing, and dining. Spacious, comfortable, and with every amenity we could ask for, the Top Notch stay is just that. Highly recommend!

Fall Family Getaway

We loved every minute. Debra was so helpful and the house was perfect for a little escape. Right by the resort and in a quiet corner away from the road etc. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Top Notch is fantastic

Debra's townhouse is very clean and comfortable. Debra was so helpful getting us set up with reservations, check in etc. and she checked in on us to make sure that we were in and everything was OK. The unit is so close to the Top Notch spa and pools. Our little boy is special needs and he loves the pools at Top Notch and the staff there is wonderful. Food at Top Notch was really good. We would definitely stay again and would give a great recommendation to Debra.

Beautiful Fall Weekend in Stowe

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this large 2-bedroom townhouse on the Top Notch Resort property. Loved the proximity to tennis courts, spa and pools. Right across the street from beautiful Stowe Recreation Path which was perfect for a bike ride or walk. Enjoyed many delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic, comfortable condo in a TOPNOTCH resort!

Had a wonderful long weekend here. The unit is comfortable and spacious with many amenities. The location is excellent, a short walk away from tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and a direct bike ride down to the Stowe recreation trail. This is a fantastic place to enjoy all seasons. The owners are very accessible, friendly and helpful. We recommend highly.

Late Summer Long Weekend in Stowe/Topnotch

Looking to check out the Stowe area for a possible winter stay, we were thrilled to find a 'within a week' booking at one of Debra's well appointed townhomes. At the 'top of Topnotch', up the hill from the main resort amidst a village of townhomes with a neighborhood feel, you have the benefits of spacious townhome living with access to the resort amenities - our fav outdoor restaurant with gorgeous views of the mountains. Debra's townhome was spacious, comfortable & well appointed. While we were there for a late summer weekend, no doubt the home will be enjoyed all seasons, Two family room areas & multiple en suite bedrooms provide for spaces for all to gather a or have a good night's rest. Debra was responded to my request for booking very quickly & was great to work from pre-arrival through check out. Top notch indeed!

Relaxing Fall Weekend in Stowe, VT

We were looking for a place to stay in Stowe, VT for a long weekend of hiking with our dog. We wanted more privacy and more outdoor space than a condo could offer, but the houses we looked at were WAY too big for two people. We found Deb’s listing and are so happy with our decision. The location was great. It’s a few minute drive to so many restaurants, coffee shops, hiking locations and the Alchemist Brewery! It’s also wonderful to have the amenities of Topnotch resort available. We checked in later than expected on the first day. It was so nice to be able to walk 5 minutes to grab a drink at The Roost and dinner at Flannel. For those with dogs, you can walk across the street and be on the Stowe Recreation Trails which offer miles and miles of paved walking/biking/running trails. The townhouse was just as described and very clean. Check in and out could not have been easier. Deb was wonderful. I had trouble figuring something out with one of the showers (totally my mistake). Deb responded immediately, despite it being early on a Saturday morning! We loved sitting in the backyard or by the fireplace after a long day of hiking. We plan to return next year with some additional family and hope to rent one of Deb’s larger properties.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because its on the same level as the tennis courts and pool and resort so our guests come and go easily several times a day.
There is a huge back yard where young children can run around and parents can keep an eye on them from the patio,preferably with a glass of wine in hand:)

What makes this property unique

This 2 bedroom,2 and 1/2 bathroom townhouse has a lot of space ,very accessible to the resort and rates are lower than larger units.
