Great apartment in convenient location

We stayed here for almost seven weeks during the America's Cup. The location was perfect. There are lots of good restaurants within a couple of blocks, & a grocery store directly across the street - super convenient! The location is perfect. Close to a metro station and only a 15-minute walk to the port or La Rambla. The apartment has two split A/C units for the living area & large bedroom. The two small bedrooms each have a fan to help circulate the air. They are very small (just room to walk between the beds. The large bedroom is spacious with lots of closet space. Both bathrooms are good-sized, with a tub/shower combo in the ensuite and a walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom. The rear patio is great for morning coffee and conversation. Having a washer & dryer was fabulous! The wifi worked great the entire time. The building is extremely safe, with two keyed doors for entrance into the building. The elevator is right by the apartment's front door and very quick. The neighbors were quiet. There is a bit of noise from the street in front, but not enough that it bothered us. Belen is fabulous to deal with. She always responds promptly to any questions and was extremely helpful when we needed to get something mailed to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Barcelona!

Great location

The only negative would be the size of the bed in bedroom number 2,3. They appear to be smaller than traditional North American twin size beds. Were functional but appear small

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was great, within walking distance to La Ramblas. The only thing I will note is there is no air conditioning in the two twin bedrooms and it gets pretty warm. There are fans provided, however, one we were not able to use as it was faulty. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and cool. The neighborhood is about a 15-20 min walk to La Ramblas, which was nice.

Sisters European trip.

Once we figured out how to get around it was great . Close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the apartment and chill in the evenings with a glass of wine on the deck out front and people watch. We also had coffee on the deck as well.

Barcelona Visit

Property is immaculately clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a small balcony that overlooks the street and the cutest larger balcony off the kitchen. We didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots. We did was clothes - washer and dryer are easy to use and detergent is provided. A good location, a few blocks from the Rambla, within walking distance to the cathedral, short taxi ride to Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Séjour en famille à barcelone

Il pleuvait des trombes d eau à notre arrivée nous avons appeler via whatsapp la propriétaire pour qu elle nous ouvre à distance les portes afin d accéder à l appartement L appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Très bien équipé petîts supermarchés tout proche boulangerie restaurants également station de métro à 3 min de marche ligne 3 qui est vraiment une station parfaite pour se déplacer rapidement partout Petit bémol concernant l Isolation qd on dort dans la salon cela ne nous a pas empêcher de profiter de cette belle ville de Barcelone

Good apartment - close to metro and La Rambla

This was a good apartment. Clean and good communication with the host. The 2nd bathroom had that sewer gas smell that seems to permeate Barcelona but opening some windows aired that out. Beds were comfortable but rooms 2 and 3 are tiny. Kitchen was nice. Showers were great. They were hot and powerful and nice after a long day of adventure. There was a washer and dryer, but we never did figure out how to make the dryer actually dry anything. Near the metro. A small grocery was across the street. Neighborhood was residential, not very attractive, but safe. Indian / Pakistani restaurant around the corner is fantastic. Street noise can be loud at night. Woke us up a couple times each night. Overall, a good, safe and convenient place to stay. Definitely max 4 adults.

Great location

Once we got our bearing to where everything was we really enjoyed the location. Hop on hop off stop was a 10 min walk towadrs world trade center located in the port where we were cruising from.

Great apartment walking distance to old town

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well laid out. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, but the owner was very responsive, and we were able to resolve initial apartment access issue in no time. Owner also provided an extensive list of dining and tourist suggestions, which was much appreciated. Parking garage is two blocks away, and we were also able to find metered parking on the street.

Great apartment - quick to get to city center

Great apartment, clean, friendly renter. Only drawback is that this is not in the "hub" of Barcelona - it is close to get to the metro to get to places though.

Perfect!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures indicate. Comfortable, beautiful and full of extras. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood quiet. The owner was easy to get in touch with and even greeted us when we arrived. You can't go wrong with this apartment!

Beautiful flat

The flat was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable! Our hostess was amazing and helpful! Would highly recommend for a family. There is an elevator large enough for 3 adults and luggage although the flat is just one flight of stairs up from the lobby. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sites.
