VILLA PISCADERA - Delightfull, luxury tropical villa with private pool

Villa Piscadera with large private pool is located at the Piscadera Bay Resort, a very well know park on one of the most beautiful spots on the island with both holiday homes and permanently occupied houses.

You stay in a tropical oasis of green among palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea, banana plants and singing birds.
Children can play freely, not only in our garden but also in the streets, the resort has a speed limit of 15 km per hour for cars.
There is 24/7 security.

The house is situated on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by tropical vegetation. The living room and the large terrace flow seamlessly into each other through 2 huge sliding doors on two sides. At the swimming pool of 11x4 mtr there are several seating areas, 4 sunbeds and a large lounge area. At any time of the day you can find a spot with shade, or with sun, the choice is yours!
The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace offers space for 8 people and of course the BBQ is not missing.

The living room (8x8) has a cozy sitting area, ceiling fans for extra cooling and a television with internet TV, giving you access to hundreds of TV channels, including all Dutch and most European channels and American sports and media channels.
The kitchen in a corner of the living room has a cooking island with bar, so you can sit comfortably while cooking is taking place. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a large amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and large cooler for the beach. There are also some children's toys, many board games, high chair and cot available.

The master bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also of good size and share the other bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a workplace.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets on the windows.

The resort is located 3-5 minutes walk from three beautiful beaches and is just behind Marriott and Dreams Hotels (formerly Hilton and Floris Suite Hotel), with casino, diving school, bars and restaurants.
Behind the WTC is the Koredor as this boardwalk is called, with a walking and jogging trail along the ocean.

Our guests have free access to Pirates Bay Restaurant and Beach Club, which is a 4-minute walk away from the resort. You get the right tropical island feeling here: a lovely sandy beach with palm trees, gently sloping into the sea, a very child-friendly restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cozy bar with happy hours and regular live music. Pizzeria Tomatoes is located next to it, right near the sea, as well as the now famous Restaurant De Visserij. On this beach you will also find a PADI dive school.

The driving time to Willemstad is only 5 minutes and due to the central location on the island, both the popular beaches on the east side as well as the more authentic and beautiful beaches on the west side are very easily and quickly accessible.
Also within 5 minutes driving time are 2 large supermarkets and Sambil Mall with numerous shops, cinema, large modern gym, food court, bowling alley and an indoor playground.

Travel time to and from the airport is only 10-15 min.

Our host will welcome you on arrival at the villa and will be available during your entire stay for all questions, tips and assistance.

DEPOSIT US$400,- We kindly request you to pay this in cash to our host. She will welcome you at check-in and will show you around in the villa. At check-out she will settle the water and electricity costs (local cost price) and any damage if there might be, with the deposit, the rest you will get back in cash.
