Hosting two bedrooms; a family room with a double and single, and a mezzanine with a king-size bed, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with sitting room and wood burner, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar. To the outside is off road parking and an out building with a cloakroom and utility. There is a lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub. Situated in a countryside setting and close to scenic attractions, New Barn Conversion is a charming cottage in a heart warming part of Wales.
Amenities: Ground source central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books, games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Check out time is 10am and check in time is 4pm. Note: This property has a refundable good housekeeping bond of £150.00, which will be pre-authorised on your payment card at the time of booking, for bookings from 9th January 2020 onward. Please Note: To allow for cleaning measures, the hot tubs will be out of use from 12.30pm on the last full day of your stay for maintenance and cleaning.
