This pretty mid-terrace is situated in the thriving town of Appleby-in-Westmorland and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

27 Bongate is a beautiful stone-built cottage nestled on a quiet road in the market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria. It has a lovely king-size double bedroom and a bathroom, sleeping two pepople. It also plays host to a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and wooodburner. Outside there is a front garden with patio furniture and also an area to the rear accessed via a shared footpath comprising lovely wild flowers, lawned area and patio furniture. There is roadside parking along with off-road parking for one car at the rear. 27 Bongate is in the most perfect location for a delightful stay in Cumbria. Note: Cannot accommodate a changeover on Tues Wed Thurs.

Amenities: Gas central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with built in DVD player, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Brick built BBQ. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car to the rear along with roadside parking at front. Garden at front with patio furniture and to the rear with lawn, patio furniture and a shared footpath. Enclosed rear garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep steps up to garden. Note: Cannot accommodate a changeover on Tues Wed Thurs.
