They are modern accommodation with a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. Modern fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, air conditioning and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Some with SOLARIUM in PENTHOUSE with views to the beach.
They are very well located, next to public transport, bus, tram ... with the center of Valencia a few minutes and the airport 20 min. Close to the E-15 and V-2 motorways. Next to all kinds of shops and restaurants, Supermarket MERCADONA 1 min. Walking. GOOD PARKING IN THE AREA WITH GREAT PARKING FREE BURGER KING
Close to the City of Arts and Sciences a short walk from the PORT AMERICA'S CUP a few minutes walk from The University of Valencia and Port Saplaya (La Venecia Valenciana) is a 30 minute stroll along the beach.
