New, beautiful and modern apartment. Very well equipped and superbly located next to the beach, on the Arousa estuary, in an urbanization with private pool and garage, surrounded by pine groves, and next to the sea with the beaches directly opposite (100 meters). In a marine environment, with a port less than 100 meters in an environment of stillness and tranquility where the main noises are birds, trees and the sound of the sea. Children can walk alone to the pool and the beach without any danger.

O apartamento está realmente ben. O edifício está moi ben deseñado, con acceso directo ao piñeiral que antecede a praia do Cabodeiro. Un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar dunha merecidas vacacións

Endroit magnifique, appartement confortable
L'île d'Arousa est vraiment un endroit superbe où il est très agréable de séjourner. L'appartement est bien situé (idéalement même si on veut pouvoir rayonner dans tout le sud-ouest de la Galice) et la piscine et les terrains de sport de la résidence ont été très appréciés des enfants. L'appartement en lui-même est bien agencé et plutôt confortable. Le seul petit bémol demeure toutefois le manque d'insonorisation avec les parties communes (les espagnols sortent tard le soir et il peut parfois y avoir du bruit dans le couloir jusqu'à minuit, mais ce n'est pas très grave). Nous conseillons malgré tout absolument cette région et cette location en particulier...

Agréable découverte !
Un vrai coup de cœur pour l'île d'Arousa et la Galice, de nombreuses choses à découvrir. L'appartement est très bien situé, et conforme à la description. C'est avec grand plaisir que l'on reviendra y passer nos vacances.

Excelente localização!
Excelente localização. Excelente contato com o proprietário e a Sra. Susa que nos recebeu para fazer o check in. O apartamento é bom, limpo, porém, apesar de termos ficado pouco tempo, sentimos falta de uma cafeteira elétrica e um circulador de ar. Condominio familiar e fica mesmo na areia da praia. Gostamos muito e voltaremos em breve!

Passamos 3 dias relaxantes na ilha.Apesar do tempo não ter sido o mais agradável, o apartamento era fantástico, muito acolhedor. Tinha tudo o que fazia falta. Bem localizado, mesmo em frente a praia, dispunha de várias comodidades como estacionamento privativo, court de ténis e basquetebol e piscina. Dono muito simpático e prestativo. Recomendo...

Estupenda estancia
Nos alojamos en este apartamento 5 adultos durante un fin de semana. El apartamento corresponde perfectamente a su descripción, una habitación de matrimonio con cama doble y otra habitación con literas y bajo estas una cama nido; salón/cocina y dos baños. Las camas muy cómodas, y los nórdicos... ¡geniales! Sofá, televisión, mesa de comedor, microondas, cocina, lavadora, ...Más que suficiente para una escapada. El apartamento estaba perfectamente limpio, la persona de contacto en a Illa fue muy atenta, nos facilitó tanto la hora de recogida de las llaves como la de entrega sin el menor de los problemas, y además la vivienda está muy bien situada para ir al puerto o comenzar a descubrir todos los encantos de esta isla. ¡Y qué decir de la maravillosa Illa de Arousa y sus alrededores! sin duda un fin de semana para repetir.

Fantásticas vaciones
Tuvimos un tiempo fantástico que nos permitió disfrutar de la Illa de Arousa y de los alrededores. El apartamento está fenomenal, es muy cómodo y dispone de todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Estaba muy limpio y fue me muy fácil tanto la llegada hasta allí como la recepción (acordamos la hora con Diana y nos esperó en el apartamento una persona para recibirnos, entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos los servicios de la urbanización). La urbanización está muy cuidada incluida la piscina. Es muy tranquila y nada ruidosa. Poco más que decir: fantástico..

Totalmente recomendable.
Nos ha encantado el apartamento y su entorno, cuenta con un equipamiento completo y muy limpio. La isla es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. La urbanización cuenta con una estupenda piscina hemos aprovechado a tope con nuestro hijo. Recomendable totalmente.
