1. NEW.. unit is newly decorated as of January. New king mattress in Master Bedroom, and pillow top bunk mattresses also. Great decor, new paint, come enjoy the HIGH END with out the high price.

2. NO WAITING IN LINES... you go straight to the unit for check in .EASY after a long day of driving.

3. FULL TIME STAFF.. we have both a full time manager, and a concierge waiting to assist our guests, having a local presence is SO helpful should you have a need arise.

4. HUGE TVS 55" brand new LED in living room. both the living room and master bedroom have smart TVs with Netflix at no extra charge. Free HIGH SPEED wifi is available in this unit. only a few units have this lightning fast wifi at Calypso.

5. Luxurious sheets and towels, thick towels and high thread count sheets, comfy pillows all BRAND NEW!

6. 21st floor is the perfect floor, Penthouse levels, high enough to enjoy the beach and shoreline and above the street and pool noise. you can sit out on the balcony and never worry about mosquitos or gnats.. private, commanding view of the beach.

7. proven owner. 25 years worth of VRBO experience. We still run vrbo#475 and have thousands of happy guests, year after year.

8. multiple units. we have 16 units in calypso.. we can handle the largest groups. perfect for ball teams, or family gatherings.

9.The west tower is the optimum tower. fast elevators, near the pier, near the sunset, nearest pier park... you wont beat this unit!!

10. Beach Chair service included! From mid March to October

Parking is managed through Calypso Resort. As of January 10, 2025, the fee is $60 per vehicle per stay, with a maximum of ONE vehicle for this unit. (Subject to HOA changes.)

My wife and I have stayed at many condo's over the last 10 years but none as nice as this. A great location, the 21st floor, clean, clean, clean. The Beach, the pools and grounds are kept up nicely. We will definitely be back.

Very bright and a welcoming space! Great view of the beach/gulf. The elevators were not an issue in terms of wait times and use. The unit was clean and neat. The only thing I’d recommend is having some basic cooking items like salt/pepper and cooking oil there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Exactly as described!

This unit was exactly as the pictures described and the pics are the reason I chose it so I was extremely happy when we got there. It is the perfect location on the beach and walking distance to anything you would need. I will definitely book with them again. All of the info we needed was given clearly and in enough time for there to be no confusion. The water in the room gets steaming hot and the beds were very comfy!

Great Stay!! Perfect Location!

Great getaway with spectacular view

Property was very clean, kitchen adequately supplied,. comfortable furniture. Perfect week away from the oncoming cool fall to enjoy beach, sunshine, and some local friends. Support staff is excellent! ALL question promptly answered. Information provided was concise.

Nice, clean as advertised condo; very easy check in and check out.

Condo was as advertised, very clean, bright and a grand view of the beach and ocean from the 21st floor! Check in and check out could not be any easier. Having 2 beach chairs included in the condo rental was and added bonus. Being next door to Pier Park we walked to everything from the condo. Myself, wife and grandchildren ages 3 and 8 had a wonderful mini vacation. We had no problems with condo, site, or Warren Beach rentals. Planning to do it again.

Was a fantastic place to stay while on vacation.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything in it that we needed to make us stay comfortable. I was able to get a good nights sleep every night because the bed was very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach and the swimming pools was perfect. This is a five star recommendation.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My biggest concern was that the space wouldn’t be as pictured on the website, as we have experienced w other companies. The condo was as pictured and even better in person. Close to Pier Park, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we got to PCB. That was an added perk that we didn’t expect. It was high up, but once we got used to it, it was great. Nice and quiet higher up. The company was very good at sending information needed for check-in prior to us leaving. Will definitely book with Warren Beach Rentals again next time we go to the gulf.

Amazing Condo!!

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo and could not have been happier!! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Communication with the owner before the trip was quick and responsive. We were provided with everything we needed in advance to make checking in simple. After a very difficult travel day, complete with delayed flights and broken down rental cars, I cannot explain how nice it was to just be able to walk into this clean, beautifully decorated condo and just relax. The furniture was both beautiful and comfortable, and having a few small items provided such as a small pack of coffee made for a much better first morning before we were able to go shopping. Those little touches definitely stand out. We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

Beautiful View

Beautiful view. Clean condo and very spacious. Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of space Walking distance to liquor store :) and the pier with multiple places to eat.
