About this property

We rent for the summer months an apartment with three independent bedrooms and a large veranda of 25 square meters overlooking the sea, lounge and bathroom. The apartment is located in the center of the village of S'archittu not far from the beach, easy parking and close to shops, restaurants and bars. The resort is very quiet genuine and off the beaten track for savoring Sardinia in its most original places.

Sardegna for ever

Località incantevole con una logistica eccellente. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento ( infissi e installazione aria condizionata ) e di una maggiore manutenzione, ma gode di una vista stupenda e di spazi ampio.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement était conforme à l 'annonce, bien équipé, propre et bien situé. La vue sur la mer au top, le lieu magnifique. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa discrétion tout au long du séjour. A refaire.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem super Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine einfache Ausstattung, überzeugt aber mit ihrer großen Terrasse und dem herrlichen Meerblick. Sie ist sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Der Ort ist klein, hat aber alles was man benötigt. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, einmal in der Woche auch einen Markt, diverse Restaurants, eine super Eisdiele und einen schönen Strand.

An excellent location with seaview apartment.

A lovely small town with friendly local people. The apartment has a great location with a seaview from the terrace and it's just 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. It has enough kitchen equipment. You will need a car if you want to get to the supermarket or to travel to a different town/ village as public transport is limited. The owner is quick in replying and pleasant in communication. In general, a great place if you are looking for a peace and quiet on your holiday.

Ottimo per relax giugno 2019

Appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto e spazioso. Ottima comunicazione con l'Host anche se non presente in loco. Il paese è tranquillissimo (una gelateria e due ristoranti) ideale per chi la sera vuole solo pace e relax: fare due chiacchiere o una partita a carte in veranda guardando il tramonto. La spiaggia più vicina è stretta, ma vivibile -in giugno- e sabbiosa, (sabbia in mare). Raggiungibile a piedi lo scoglio ad arco per fare i tuffi: la spiaggetta è piccola sabbiosa ( ciotoli in mare) riparata quando ci sono le onde . Dai 20 ai 45 minuti di macchina abbiamo raggiunto tutte le bellissime spiagge del Sinis (mare caraibico!) in 10 minuti grande supermercato, ma buono anche il minimarket sottocasa.

eenvoudige woning met groot overdekt terras

In principe een goed huis, heel centraal gelegen in s' Archittu, dicht bij zee. Een heel fijn groot overdekt balkon. Alleen hadden wij pech met de buren. Erg veel geluidsoverlast. Op zich goed door de eigenaar opgepakt, maar deze kon er ook weinig aan veranderen. Jammer. Het huis was eenvoudig maar wel toereikend. De badkamer is aan vervanging toe.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo passato bellissimi giorni a S'Archittu, paese idealmente situato sulla costa occidentale, vicino al Sinis e a Bosa. La spiaggia di S'Archittu è bellissima. L'appartamento è bello, la terrazza sul mare veramente impressionante, ideale per passare le serate a mangiare fuori o per leggere durante la giornata. Mancano solo le sedie a sdraio... La cucina e le camere sono spaziose, arrendate benissimo.

Aardig appartement in mooi badplaatsje. Service kan beter.

S'archtittu is een klein aangenaam badplaatsje, met mooie stranden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het plaatsje aanwezig: supermarkt, restaurants, bars, bushalte, etc. Geen bancomat. Het appartement is mooi gelegen, mooi terras. Het appartement is wat spartaans ingericht en de service kan beter. Wel afwasmachine, maar geen blokjes; wel wasmachine, geen waspoeder etc. Maar per saldo hebben we een goed verblijf gehad.

Génial

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour du 11au25 juillet dans cette maison de 4 personnes. De la grande terrasse vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer, idéale pour le petit déjeuner et les repas. Propriétaire très sympathique, très bon accueil. Vivement les prochaines vacances en Sardaigne :)
