Cozy up in our spacious and bright apartment. A fantastic, fully renovated three-bedroom apartment, well-located in the heart of Porto's downtown, offering all the comfort needed for a great stay.

The Space:
You will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen cable TV, WiFi, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire apartment!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of Porto's downtown, in the city's tourist and cultural center, where the fun begins! Rua de Santa Catarina is just a step away, full of shops and life, reflecting the essence of the city.

As for services, there are supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and stores nearby, with the very special Mercado do Bolhão just 250 meters from the apartment.

Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff!

To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The fee of €2.00, not included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.

If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

For monthly reservations, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
