A week in Caletta

Location is perfect - wonderful views from balcony, Spar at bottom of the stairs and plenty of great restaurants within a 2 min walk.Apartment is ideal for a couple and was clean and tidy and has all the basics.Unfortunately, it is needing an upgrade- furnishings are tired and the bathroom could be much improved particularly the hot water supply for shower and sink. Cold showers are not ideal. Hot water is weather dependent due to use of solar panels to provide heat and we had several overcast / rainy days. Would happily return if improvements are made.

Perfect location and size of accommodation Bed very comfortable. Sofa and dining table and chairs could do with updating. Very quiet apartment and building. Balcony very nice too

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing views and in a fantastic location

This apartment is a real gem. Situated in the heart of La Caleta but very peaceful. It is spacious, light and airy with a fantastic balcony which is a real sun trap and has wonderful views. Our communications with the owner were answered quickly and helpfully and the contacts in the resort were very friendly and informative. We won’t hesitate to book here again when we return to Tenerife.

Great location, but disappointing property

The property location was excellent with good views across La Caleta with a short walk to amenities. The property itself was poorly maintained, eg door handles coming loose, and had basic facilities. - No hot water in the morning, as the property only has solar heated hot water - cold showers in the morning and had to boil a kettle to shave (husband).- Advertised as having a garage, which we always select for mobility reasons, but were told, when we checked-in that this was nochecking.

All about the location!

Apartment is compact with good outside space but inside is tired and in need of updating. There is a lack of kitchen utensils (no scissors). A washing machine is noted but this is not in the apartment but one floor above on the roof and is shared with the apartment owner who lives in the block in another apartment. It also states a garage, but as a previous review mentions, this is not offered for use as you are told there is lots of parking within walking distance.

Mooi terras met zeezicht

Verblijf was goed, wel is het appartement duur. De eettafel is erg slecht. Als je boterham snijd vliegt je koffie over de tafel zo wiebelt hij. Ook is er geen eettafeltje buiten op het terras, alleen een loungeset. Wel zijn er twee fijne ligbedden. Bij de beschrijving staat dat er een garage is om te parkeren, dat klopt niet. Wel heb je in de buurt genoeg parkeerplaats. Goed appartement naar wel duur en niet zo groot.

1st time in an apartment

We were dubious when we booked but right from the get up and go everything panned out ok. Lovely view from the balcony with virtually 12 hours of sunshine and lots of restaurants on the door step. The apartment was clean and bright on our arrival and we were met by Alfonso who was very helpful. We will be back in November for 2 weeks this time.

Very good place close to the sea

Cozy apartment in a new building with great sea views. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bus stop at the end of the street to Adeje town, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. (Bus ticket to Los Cristianos was 1,5€). The apartment has satellite tv and air conditioning which was much appreciated in August. Jenny was so very helpful, answered all my questions, responded rapidly to emails. Thank you for a relaxing holiday!

Have just arrived back from a wonderful 10 days in Tenerife. This is an excellent apartment, clean, tidy and nicely located in a quiet area. Furnishings were all good quality and all the utilities worked. Plenty of places to eat out nearby. It is perfect for a relaxing time. Thank you Alfonso and Jenny for a good service during our stay.

Quiet, comfortable and in a good location

The property was modern, clean and well maintained in an excellent position overlooking the sea with a south facing terrace. A good selection of bars and restaurants within strolling distance but still quiet at night in the apartment. Highly recommended.

RELAXING WEEK IN A ROMANTIC PLACE!!

The apartment is lovely, located in a modern and quiet building with lift. It is only 50 meters away from the restaurants and sea promenade of La Caleta. The apartment has everything you need for a week. We specially loved the sunny terrace, with a wonderful seaviews. Taxi and bus stops are close to the apartment and there are some car parks in the surrounding area. About restaurants, we recommend Rosso sul mare if you want Italian food and La Vieja, with delicious fish and Spanish food dishes. We want to thank Jenny and Alfonso because they were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this apartment.

Clean modern apartment with beautiful sea view

We recently spent 2 weeks here. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very modern and with a south-facing balcony overlooking the bay at La Caleta. The view was beautiful and being south-facing we had the sun all day. The balcony is big enough to breakfast on and even sun bathe on if you like. Right in the centre of La Caleta, close to some lovely restaurants and there is a golf course nearby. Quiet relaxing place suitable for couples and close to other resorts & amenities. Would definitely come back and highly recommend,
