Two of us stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for what we needed. Good enough space for two people and a location that's not too far from everything in Asheville. Definitely would recommend!
We were very happy with our stay. The bed was most comfortable, the location was great, check in and check out was smooth and easy, everything was clean, and well organized, and was the perfect size for us.
GREAT place! GREAT location! Owner was extremely responsive, accommodating, and provided a very cool renovation. Would highly recommend and will certainly book again next time we’re in Asheville. We had 2 grandchildren graduating and were very happy we found such a great place to stay!
This was the perfect and affordable place for us to stay while getting eloped in Asheville! It is the perfect location from downtown and the river and the host was attentive and kind. The shower takes a really long time to drain, but it still didn’t take away from the perfect location and the price!
I'll always love Ashville. My stay was pleasant, and the rental was very accurately described. Other than the traffic, being so close to the road, it was enjoyable. Definitely worth the consideration with just a nine minute drive to downtown.
This place was conveniently located for my business trip. The only things that would have made it better would be; curtains in the windows to block out the headlights from the road at night; better pillows(they were too soft). Otherwise, this place is great for the price! I will definitely book again!
Everything was clean, fresh, & new. Everything worked & the property manager was easy to reach for any little thing that came up. Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy downtown Asheville. This place is far enough away from downtown to enjoy a bit of nature, but a quick ride into downtown for festivities. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Asheville.
We enjoyed the ease of staying in this cabin. It has a nice location and is reasonably clean. My only critique is that the end cabin is next to a busy road, and it would be nice if it had a foldout couch in the living space. But, all in all, it was a great value.
I was quite comfortable here. It was very close to where my daughter lives, so convenient for me. I had only one small issue, which the owner was prompt in fixing. I would definitely stay here again.
Shaun was super quick to respond and was overall a very kind person. We will definitely have to return. This place is only a ten minute drive to downtown Asheville and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by! 10/10
We stayed for 3 days , for a convention my husband attended. It was very convenient to his location . We enjoyed being able to cook our meals . The kitchen was stocked nicely . I would recommend this for a couple or single person .
Needed somewhere closeby to stay with my girlfriend for quick Asheville trip. Nice quiet area and was a nice small place for a few days near the city. Location is right outside downtown so everything is within a 10-15 minute drive. Nice little park with a pond is located with a quick walk/drive as well. Recommended for anyone wanting an affordable stay without wanting to stay in downtown Asheville.
Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed at to date. My wife and I just love the way Patrick took care of us and whenever something came up he was right there to take care of it for us. After a small issue with the air conditioner he set us up in a nicer room at no extra charge and we were truly truly grateful for that! thank you Patrick for a wonderful time!
Overall, this place is a decent size and has all the necessities if needing to cook which was very nice. This place unfortunately was subpar clean. The entire wall behind the bed had dust and lots of hair, the shower had thick line of dust all over anywhere it was flat, the couch looked as if never been vacuumed, lots of ants in kitchen, and pillows were essentially flat. This is all stuff that can be easily fixed and did enjoy the location and overall size of the place just wish had been better cleaned
The place was very nice. We didn't realize the place was a part of a mini mall area and called. No response from the owner. We finally figured it out. Sink in bathroom plugged and no coffee maker. This was a very nice place other than those issues.
The property owner went out of his way to ensure the property was ready for our last minute reservation. The property was very clean had everything we needed. The sofa needs to be updated; the bed was comfortable. The biggest downside to the property is the proximity to the road. It is a busy road and there was a lot of road noise. I would recommend a sound machine or fan to block it out.
I spent two nights here. We hiked during the day and went to West Asheville one night. It was perfect for our needs and I was grateful that such a clean place accepted my pampered dog. They appointed that place with most anything you could need. My only ask would be for a lamp as I prefer that to overhead lighting. As others noted-the traffic is a bit loud, but we were not there to sleep in late. Thank you for a very nice stay.
I would come back and probably try for the bigger room on the back with the deck on the creek. ??
