Villa Tana Margianis, officially registered under number: www.iun-ras.eu/R6174, is located just outside the small village of Perdaxius, in the province of Carbonia / Iglesias, in the south of Sardinia. The house has a large, spacious kitchen with 5-burner stove and electric oven, a dishwasher and a luxury coffee machine.
The villa has Wi-Fi.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed and a cot. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and bidet, spacious sink and spacious shower with luxurious shower column.
Around the villa you can enjoy space and tranquility with beautiful views of the mountains, with beautiful sunsets. Behind the villa is the swimming pool or 11 x 5 meters.
The various beaches can be reached by car within half an hour. In the village there are several shops and a small supermarket. The nearby Narcao (3 km) has a large supermarket.
The villa was completely renovated in 2017 and all furniture was newly purchased.

Note: The swimming pool can be used from the last weekend or April to the last weekend or October. The villa has a gas fireplace for the colder periods, which can be used in the living room / kitchen.

Alles bestens

Die Villa ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war absolut phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo prima. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal dort Urlaub zu machen.

Ferien Sardinien

Wir haben im Juli 2024 zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und waren zufrieden. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits aber diverse Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20-40min erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es zwei gute und billige Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wie auch ein Grill im Garten. WLAN war zuverlässig und schnell und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage wird am Schluss seperat abgechnet was im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird, erst ca 2 Wochen vor Ankunft per E-Mail. Besonders haben wir den grossen Pool genossen, der täglich gereinigt wird. Das Haus war bei unsere Ankunft sauber. Die Möbel sind modern und in gutem Zustand. Das Haus wird gut gepflegt. Mit 3 Schlafzimmer und einem grossen Wohnzimmer hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinnen aus auch draussen. Der Gastgeben war sehr freundliche und Probleme wurden sofort gelöst, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Für die gebotene Ausstattung, Grösse und Lage fanden wir den Preis angemessen.

Prachtige villa

Wat een mooi huis is Villa Tana! Zo compleet en ruim, en een heerlijk zwembad wat elke dag wordt schoongemaakt. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en we konden met al onze vragen terecht bij jullie. Het enige minpunt wat we kunnen noemen is dat de omgeving wel heel erg rustig was. Voor onze 2 oudere kids iets te. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!

Amazing villa!

Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers or eating meals at either the table by the BBQ or the other table in the shade. Great location to explore south Sardinia, would definitely recommend the local winery and not too far from the nearest beaches.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt

Wir haben es super toll angefunden. Haus, Pool alles war wie beschrieben. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ließ für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das sehr nette Vermieterehepaar war immer zur Stelle wenn Fragen aufkamen. Sie hatten tolle Tipps für Strandbesuche und etliches mehr. Alles in allem waren es 2 tolle Wochen auf Sardinien.

Pure Erholung

Villa Tana Margianis August 22

Our family of 4, 2 adults and two teenage children, had a great stay at this villa in August ‘22. Communication with the hosts, Marja and Carlos, was great from the offset and everything was perfect when we arrived. The service to pre-order water, snacks, an evening meal and wine added to the relaxed start to the holiday. The Villa itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The outside area was secluded and offered both shade and a fantastic pool where we spent most of our holiday. The hosts hit the perfect balance of being available when we needed them while allowing us to enjoy privacy on our holiday. A great location too with beaches, towns and historical sights within east reach. Overall a great stay in a beautiful villa enjoying the tranquility of Sardina.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Marja und Carlo waren immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Angefangen mit dem leckeren Essen, das am ersten Tag auf uns gewartet hat, über Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung bis zum Limoncello, Mirto und Wein aus der Region. Marja und Carlo waren für uns nicht nur Vermieter, sondern sind zu Freunden geworden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir sind zu sechst für 2 Wochen bei Marja und Carlo in ihrem Ferienhaus gewesen. Sie waren sehr nette Gastgeber und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man dies wollte. Ihr Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne große Pool, der jeden Tag von Carlo , schon in den frühen Morgenstunden, gereinigt wurde. Die Angebotenen Speisen , die von Marja gekocht wurden, waren sehr lecker.Danke Marja Auch ein Danke an Carlo , der uns mit Wein aus der Region versorgt hat. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Marja und Carlo sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Babys hat Marja extra eine Krabbeldecke für draußen gebracht. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Carlo gesäubert. Das Haus liegt sehr sehr ruhig, man hört nur ein paar Tiere und ab und zu mal ein Auto... Das Haus ist sehr sauber.

Beautiful villa in stunning location

The villa is stylish in a modern slightly minimalist way. Kitchen very well equipped, though it and the lounge would benefit from additional lighting and perhaps a microwave. Beds comfortable and the best showers I've yet encountered. Garden and pool lovely tho water was cold in mid April. Setting is gorgeous - ringed by low hills and trees on a quiet side lane. Good outdoor furniture to enjoy the tranqulity. Good beaches within 25 minute drive and walks within 40-50 minutes (from Rother guide) Carlo was very friendly, informative and helpful. We'd gladly return.

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit extrem sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Herzliches Vermieterpaar, die uns immer zur Stelle waren, wenn wir Sie brauchten. Viele wirkliche Insider-Tipps zu Sardinien und seinen wunderschönen Stränden. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern unterwegs und speziell der herzliche Umgang mit den Kids war absolut herzlich. Das Haus ist überaus geflegt mit einer modernen und qualitativ hochwertigen Einrichtung. Danke an Marja und Carlo für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Mega Ferienhaus in absoluter Idylle mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche bei Marja und Carlo im Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marja hat eine sehr leckere Lasagne und Wein für uns bereitgestellt, so dass wir bereits den ersten Tag im Urlaub genießen konnten. Das Haus ist super modern und total sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein während die Familie direkt dabei ist. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage tut dem Wohlbefinden keinen Abbruch weil überall Ventilatoren aufgestellt sind. Der Pool ist das Highlight und wenn Carlo im Morgengrauen den Pool pflegt schlummern die Gäste alle noch. Wir sind noch nie so herzlich von Gastgebern empfangen, betreut und vorallem verabschiedet worden. Der letzte Abend mit Wein und Limoncello von Marja wird uns für immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir kommen wieder und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Top Villa in ländlicher Lage

Eine total nette Vermieterfamilie, die ihr Objekt liebevoll ausgestattet hat. Immer ansprechbar. Super Service Mehr Platz als genug. Auch im Riesenpool. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des südwestlichen Sardiniens gibt es nichts besseres.

Traumhaus

Wir haben im Juni zwei traumhaft-schöne Wochen in der gepflegten, sauberen Villa verbracht. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht; viel Platz, eine top eingerichtete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, moderne Bäder, Waschmaschine... Die ländliche, ruhige Lage, der wunderbare Aussenbereich mit Esstisch, Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirmen und vor allem der riesengrosse, saubere Pool haben uns jeden Tag begeistert! Marja und Carlo sind phantastische, herzliche Gastgeber. Von A bis Z (Kommunikation bereits vor unserer Anreise, während des Aufenthaltes und auch am Abreisetag) hat alles perfekt geklappt. Super-erholsamer Urlaub in Perdaxius

Wir haben einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub in der schönen Villa Tana Margianis verbracht. Die Villa ist wie bereits beschrieben einfach toll und der Garten mit dem riesigen Pool ein Traum. Unsere Mädels waren total begeistert und waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu bekommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist in ca. 15 min. in Carbonia zum shoppen oder in ca. 30 min. an verschiedenen Stränden. Durch Corona war es noch etwas ruhig für diese Jahreszeit, aber der Tapetenwechsel hat einfach nur gut getan. Super war auch der Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern Marja und Carlo. Egal was ich für Fragen hatte, die beiden hatten immer ein Ohr für mich und viele Tipps, was man so alles in der Gegend machen kann. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit in Eurer Villa. Wir werden Sie weiterempfehlen und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Super schönes Haus&Pool und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Sardinien und was natürlich auch mit unseren sehr netten, hilfsbereiten, kinderlieben und gastfreundlichen Vermietern zu tun hatte. Zu jeder Zeit waren sie für uns erreichbar und haben sofort geholfen oder Auskunft zu unseren Fragen gegeben. rundherum perfekt

Haus und Pool sind wahnsinnig schön, modern, sauber, komfortabel, übermäßig gut ausgestattet! Angenehme Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeevollautomat incl. voller Bohnenfüllung, Bereitstellung von Einkaufstüten und Kühlbox, Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer überraschten uns positiv. Äußerst netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die nebenan wohnen, sich aber sehr zurückhalten; wobei nebenan auch schon einige Entfernung bedeutet. Auto notwendig, viele Strände und Ausflugsziele aber gut zu erreichen, bergige Umgebung. Ausnahmslos empfehlenswert!!!
