These upscale cottages, which are steps from the Messina Hof tasting room, can be rented individually or all together, offering fantastic accommodations for groups of all sizes.

This single-level property is nine miles from Lyndon B. Johnson State Park and Historic Site, and only 27 miles from the scenic landscapes of Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.

The spacious interior is filled with German-inspired decor and century-old antiques, creating a living space full of history and comfort. Take a break from the summer sun in the air conditioned living room, use the WiFi to make dinner reservations, or watch your favorite show on the cable TV.

You'll have a convenient wet bar with a coffee maker, a sink, a microwave, and a small refrigerator for storing wine, happy hour snacks, and your scrumptious dinner leftovers. Though there is no full kitchen, its absence will allow you to make the most of Fredericksburg's vibrant dining scene.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
