The Stable is a 10 minute drive from the Helford River and Falmouths coastline and beaches. Luxurious, indulgent and romantic, this semi-detached barn conversion is designed for style-conscious couples and families with exceptional interiors, two en-suite bedrooms with Smart TVs, a warming wood burner and a sunny, private patio with garden furniture for relaxing and dining. The open plan living room, combining a kitchen, dining and sitting space with a wood burner, is the hub. An excellent choice for families and pet owners, there is a big garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a barbecue and an outdoor childrens play area complete with a climbing frame shared between the barns.

With the village acting as a staging post for materials that were to be ferried across the Helford River - to the Lizard Peninsula. The "Old Smithy" has recently been restored by the Anvil Trust, to recreate a working smithy in the village. Mawnan Smith is close to Maenporth Beach and the Helford Estuary ideally situated in a quiet Corner of Cornwall, with Falmouth town centre, Harbour and Attractions nearby.
