Summary:
Welcome to my comfy 1-bed flat!

Ideally centrally located at the top of one of London's most vibrant pedestrian streets, Exmouth market, with boutiques, restaurants, yoga and much more.

Walking distance to both the West End and the city of London. Perfect crash pad for tourist or business trips alike. Well connected being served by Farringdon, Angel Islington and Kings Cross stations.

Recently refurbished, the apartment is stylish and modern. It's the perfect place to stay whilst in London!

The Space:
Completely renovated in 2017 to a very high standard with new appliances and furniture, designed with a modern industrial Scandinavian feel. The property is on the ground floor with a private garden and is set inside a larger communal garden set well back from street. This creates a calm, quiet, secure oasis that promises a good nights sleep even in the centre of the city.

Comfortably sleeping up to four people, the apartment boasts one double bedroom and the option of a double sofabed for those who wish to use it. Our cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the bed just before your arrival.

The living area is cosy and stylish, with a comfortable sofa and TV, plus a large, marble dining table for those who fancy a spot of home cooking.

This leads through to the fully-equipped kitchen which is completely new and bright thanks to natural light streaming through the large windows.

The bathroom is also refurbished and modern. It's spacious and provides a shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
With the meat of Smithfield Market, London's first ever gastropub and the nose-to-tail Michelin-starred marvels at St John, Clerkenwell has long been a regular go-to spot for those who know a thing or two about eating and drinking. And it's only getting better, with any new restaurants and bars forced to impress by the sheer weight of the competition - you've got to be good to do well here. The area also happens to be one of London's most attractive, so it's little wonder that its historic old buildings play host to a fair few architects and designers - it's even got its own Design Week!

Getting Around:
Bounded by the tube stations of Farringdon, Barbican, Old Street, Angel, and Kings Cross, Clerkenwell is an incredibly central place to live - you can walk into the City, cycle into Soho or the West End, or (if you fancy a mini-break to Paris) St Pancras International is one stop away from Farringdon station.

Good place
Flat is perfectly situated to explore London. I would recommend it for two persons only as it is a bit small for 4. Staff was very helpful and quick to react when a problem occurred (which turned out to be my operating error). All in all a good offer which can be recommended.

Great stay and excellent location
Apartment was nice, bed and couch bed were very comfortable. Bathroom is quite large as well and though we didn’t use anything, kitchen is stocked with amenities. The property management was highly response if I had questions as well. Only thing that wasn’t ideal was the wifi, it didn’t work the entire stay, even after reset so I had to blow through some of my phone data to do some work. Otherwise, great stay.

Trop petit pour 4 . Canapé pliable dans le salon arrive devant la porte de la chambre, pas de passage.Odeur de renfermé /humidité très présente. Carrelage et douche cassés. Douche fuit . Terrasse non entretenue. Environnement extérieur pas chaleureux.

Environnement moyen et photos trop embellies
Emplacement à proximité de Exmouth Market, plein de restaurants sympathiques avec une place bien animée mais appartement et résidence très vieillissants, peu entretenus. Appartement relativement exigu pour une famille de 4 personnes. Lave vaisselle sale à l'arrivée, pas de produit de nettoyage, pas de torchon. La terrasse n'est pas du tout entretenue. L'insonorisation est mauvaise, nous entendons les voisins. Il y a une machine à laver le linge mais pas d'étendoir. La salle de bains reste quand même spacieuse. A souligner que nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'insécurité. Mais les photos embellissent beaucoup trop l'appartement. Autre point, la procédure avec la société de conciergerie HOUST ajoute des démarches qui ne facilitent pas la réservation.

Convenient and easy to access
It was a small flat that worked well for me. In a sort of dorm building it was easy to access. It was an easy walk to Angel every day for work. It stayed perfectly warm throughout my stay. My only complaint was that the toilet backed up a couple of days before checkout, and I didn’t know who to call to fix it. This was a problem as you can imaging. If not for that, it was exactly what I expected for an affordable flat in London.
