Absolutely loved staying here, it was so close to the tourist area which was great for us to explore but it was also very quiet which was amazing. Hector was an amazing host and fast communicating, did his very best to help us with anything and absolutely will stay again here when I do come back to Madrid!

Thoughtfully Designed

This apartment is small, but it has been thoughtfully subdivided to provide 3 private sleeping spaces. The arrangement of sink/toilet/shower in 3 separate spaces works well for a group. While the museums and palace are a bit of a walk (or ride), the area around the apartment is lively and full of restaurants and shops.

Cozy place in a great location

Cozy place located perfectly central to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and Puerta del Sol, as well as a couple of Metro stations. There are multiple options of food, including Gluten Free, walking distance from the apartment. Our host, Hector was quick to respond to questions anytime we needed something. Two things to clarify: there are 3 beds not 4, and this is not located in the Puerta del Sol square, as one picture might suggest, it is two blocks around the corner. Not a bad walk, but not what we first expected. The water heater is a little small. Shower quickly to enjoy the hot water. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Séjour très agréable pris en charge du début à la fin au niveau de l’appartement. Chambre du bas un peu humide, mais cela convient pour quelques jours. À noter, trois lits de 140 cm , un. Par chambre. Échange, très cordiaux avec le propriétaire et le gros plus reste, l’emplacement, idéal en plein centre !

Spacious Oasis in the Heart of Madrid

Conveniently located on the ground floor, this tastefully decorated apartment has 3 bedrooms located on 3 levels, with one of them in a beautiful brick basement. There is no view from the apartment, but the perfect location in a quiet and quaint neighborhood makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid.

Very well located ground indoor floor flat

The place is conveniently located if you’re visiting all the main tourists attractions. With a very good taste in terms of decoration. Just be aware that there are no windows to the outside. This apartment is in a ground floor with no natural light. Hector was a super host and tried to fix all our issues.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. A un paso de muchos lugares turísticos. Silvina fue muy atenta con nosotros. Hay un párking público justo al girar la esquina. Por poner un pero, se escucha algo un ruido de máquinas desde el deslunado, aunque no molesta en absoluto para descansar confortablemente. Colchones nuevos. Decoración coqueta. Repetiría sin duda.

Beautiful property in an amazing location! We walked everywhere we wanted to go from this apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 for our stay in Madrid. The owners and team are very responsive and accommodating. There is a great reaturant right next door for coffee and breakfast and literally 100’s if not thousands of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. All of the major destinations to visit in Madrid are walkable from this central location. We will stay again if we visit Madrid! Highly recommend!!!
