Casa Qanat is located in the center of Palermo, beyond the historic walls, in what remains of ancient countryside. An exclusive residence overlooking the gardens, a landscape that has become so rare in the chaos of today's metropolis!
The house is surrounded by a large terrace where you can relax "en plein air". You will find a cozy, cautious but at the same time sober ambience. It is a traditional construction, with large stone walls, which keep the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter.

A unique space awaits you, where silence is interrupted only by the rustling of water flowing from the "Qanat", a cave of the ancient irrigation system dating back to the Punico period, whose entrance is visible from the terrace through a stained glass window.
