Ground floor with direct access to the communal gardens and the fenced pool. 2 bedrooms (capacity 4 people), 1 totally new bathroom, living / dining room and kitchen recently renovated with everything you need, utility room where the washing machine is located, WIFI and cable TV. Outdoor parking area in front of the house. West orientation. Quiet area, recommended for holidays with children.
