We cater to individuals, families and corporate vacation retreators. Our beautiful 2 beds, 2 baths home features a spacious open floor plan, stunning tile floors, cable, WiFi, full kitchen, a car garage with ample parking (you can bring your boat!) and fenced in backyard.

There is a one step down from the living room to the entertaining room to be aware of.

The home is located in a beautiful Belleair Bluffs community, 1.1 miles away from Belleair Bluff Boat ramp, minutes from beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

All you need to remember are your toothbrush, toiletries and bathing suit.

- clean and attractively furnished - quiet working class neighborhood, close to beach - kitchen needs some attention: replace sink; new set of dinner forks/knives etc; a few convenience items: coffee pack, theebags - entry way needs some attention: clean/paint door jambs; pressure wash walkway - garage should be cleaned out of owners personal stuff

Overall this is a very nice property close to shopping, great restaurants & beaches in a well established neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It appears that this home has been occupied consistently for quite some time as it needs a little TLC. Nothing major but deep cleaning and organization. Mr Beckman was excellent in communicating & addressing any issues. Would definitely stay here again

Thanks for sharing your home Robert! Everything about our stay was perfect! This home is located in a nice, friendly neighborhood and close to the beach. Well-communicated, contactless check-in and check-out went perfect. VRBO photos accurately reflect every last detail of this immaculately clean home with comfortable furnishings. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks with the WiFi working perfect for remote work setup. Ideal location with an extremely short drive or long walk across causeway to the beach. Amazing stay! Can’t wait to go back!

We love this place. It’s a home away from home. This is our second stay here. 1st time was 2 years ago for a couple weeks. This year we stayed for a month. Home is close to everything. It’s located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It has all the amenities you need. A short 7 minute drive to the beach. It’s nice to find a pet friendly home that is clean and not run down. We hope to rent again :)

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The home was very clean and cleaning supplies were provided. The house was located in a nice residential community. There is a nice fenced in yard if you have small children or a dog. A car was necessary to go to the beach, restaurants and bars. The living room does not have a couch, there are two nice recliners to sit and watch TV. I can appreciate that you are not going on vacation to watch TV but two couples renting the home or a family with children are not comfortably going to relax and watch TV together. The owner was easy to contact.

Charming rental with great backyard
Robert was a very attentive host! His nice 2/2 was exactly what my wife and I needed for 4 weeks in between homes. Our little dog loved the backyard as well. The surrounding area (Belleair) is very nice and quiet. Would stay again!

Nice and comfortable residence
Our time spent in this rental was most enjoyable. The house is roomy and we’ll furnished. The neighbourhood is tidy and quiet. We enjoyed meeting the very charming neighbours. Minor problems were quickly resolved by the owner who seemed genuinely concerned with our well being. We would highly recommend this place to any snowbird wishing to while away the winter months in quiet comfort.

Attractive and comfortable, needs a little TLC.
Quiet, residential neighborhood close to stores and beaches. Large rooms, closets with many hangers, fenced back yard which the dog loved, well-equipped with working appliances. It appeared not quite ready for us: clocks were wrong, patio table was upside down, old towels in the dryer, a couple of dead insects on the floor, and moldy coffee grounds in the coffeemaker. One of the palm fronds kept getting caught in the back door. We are curious about why the attractive living room has no seating and the Florida room, while comfortable, is the darkest room in the house?

Very pleasant stay
Very nice spacious home with a fenced yard. Had all the appliances and everything we needed. The owner worked with me to get me in quickly when my home had hurricane damage. He was very accomodating. So close to the beach and yet private being a little off the beach. Home away from home.

This is a great house in a great location!
This was our first time renting for a month and our first time with a dog. Robert's house had everything we needed! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood which was nice for relaxing on the patio and walking the dog. Just around the corner, there is access to highways and byways to all of Pinellas County. There is a Publix market within walking distance. We found lots of lovely parks, many of which included dog parks. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in spending time getting to know Florida in the spring!
