Oceanfront Exec 2BD 3BA Villa on Medano Beach

Please Note: This fabulous unit is ONLY available from February 8-15, 2025. (Saturday to Saturday - 7 nights or less)
This is the PREMIER location for an oceanfront villa on the famous Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas! Nothing blocks your view of Lands End! Our villa is just under the Penthouse level. Our 5th Floor oceanfront Luxury Executive Suite has 2 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathrooms. The large balcony has chaise lounges, cushioned bench seating and a private hot tub. Each suite can each be accessed from a private vestibule and can be individually locked. The Master bedroom has a large soaking tub in addition to the tiled shower. The second bedroom (or lock-off unit) also has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom plus a kitchenette. There is another full bathroom off the main living area for guests or for overnighters that may use the sofa-sleeper in the living room. In-room safes are provided. DAILY maid service and excellent security makes CVBR a great place to spend your Mexican vacation. Kitchen amenities are provided for 4-6 people in the main suite. This oceanfront villa location is on the calm protective waters of Cabo Bay, that few other resorts can claim. You are next to all the action and activities (on site or nearby): Medano Beach-a few steps from your door, the famous Office Bar is just a 2-minute walk, and Downtown Cabo & Marina-a few short blocks away. Right from our beach you can go Snorkeling/diving, parasailing, rent jet skis, shop, find restaurants, take the water taxi sightseeing.... all with no driving required. Cabo Villas Beach Resort is on the only swimmable beach in Cabo. The view from the balcony spans both directions along Medano Beach.
Relax on the beach in a private area with waiters serving you, or in 3 separate swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, complete spa services and several restaurants on-site. The entire resort has recently been redecorated and all furnishings are new. Baja Brewing Company is now located on the rooftop!

We own the same unit right below and it's the best location in Cabo!

We had 9 grandkids this time with us in Cabo and had so much fun. Easy walk to downtown and you are practically sitting on the beach in your own living room!

This is THE BEST location in Cabo san Lucas. Our unit is located in the beachfront building which is directly ON THE BEACH. This is the private condominium building which is part of Cabo Corazon. Baja Brewery is now located on the rooftop! Several other restaurants are also now open like a coffee bar, Mojito Lounge, and Aleta.
