Why they chose this property
I love this flat for space, light, viws, and location.
I spent in this part of the city most of my childhood and youth, close to the university, art galleries, green areas, parks, old factories and owners properties, villas and paleces, or ruins, close to the history of multicultural city, where 4 nations building a very rich 19th-century city, based on textile industry.

What makes this property unique
You can see from the balcony the famous EC1 power plant, very modern at the end of 19w, which now houses the "Planetarium" and is under construction science and art center.
From the north windows you can see another story, the District Court building built between the world's first and second wars when my country was briefly independent and rebuilding its statehood.
After the Second World War, the same architect designed the Great Theater, which you see on the opposite side of the square.
Looking along the street to the right you can see the building of the High Marchand School for boys (now houses the Rectorate of the University of Lodz) and the general High School for girls, now the Faculty of International Studies is located here.
When you look to the left you will see Collegium Anatomicum, in which is Museum of Anatomy, belongs to the Medical University. Initially, it served as a shelter for the elderly and cripples of the Lodz Christian Charity Society ...
and many other objects and stories...
Piotrkowska street is not far from my place (10 - 15 min walking distance), where you can find the best pubs, restaurants, cofees, and much more...
