Leuke villa, enige renovatie wel nodig

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het is een gezellig huis en goed gelegen. Voor een huis van dit niveau is wel wat onderhoud nodig. Badkamer bovenste level en keuken bv (koelkast kan echt niet). Prima contact met verhuurder en verder heerlijk genoten!

Charmante Villa mit Renovierungsbedarf

Wir haben die Woche in der historischen Villa mit der Familie sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderbar, ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Aber wir waren was Sauberkeit betrifft doch sehr enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind sehr ungepflegt! Der Kühlschrank ist zum Teil kaputt, im Bad gibt es Schimmel und ein Geruchsproblem mit der Toilette. Die Wasserhähne sind verkalkt, auch die Waschmaschine in der Garage könnte mal ersetzt werden, das Pulverfach war rausgebrochen und auch total verschimmelt! Für den Preis erwartet man doch, dass alles sauber und gepflegt ist!

Urlaub de Haan

Der Urlaub war toll und die Kommunikation mit Christophe sehr gut. Leider wird die WC Situation nicht wirklich gut beschrieben: ein WC ist en Suite, sodass aus dem 2 Obergeschoss nachts alle in das Erdgeschoss über die sehr schmalen Treppe. Laufen müssen. Auch ist die Badewannen/Dusche im 2 Obergeschoss nicht wirklich für Erwachsene geeignet, da zu niedrig. Für den Preis des Hauses ist dies nicht wirklich angemessen, auch da die alten Holzfenster im 1 Obergeschoss deutlich schwarz verschimmelt sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür super und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Silvesterreise

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in De Haan und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Objekt ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Villa hat Charme, manches ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Stilvoll und gut gelegen

Insgesamt war es ein schönes Objekt in guter Lage. Die stilvolle Einrichtung in einem wunderschönen Viertel nah am Zentrum hatte leider einen kleinen Hacken: die Sanitäranlagen waren mangelhaft und die Kaution zu hoch.

Sanierungsstau

Die Lage ist großartig, das Viertel sehr schön. Das Haus selbst könnte auch sehr schön sein, aber für den Preis sollten sich die wesentlichen Elemente in einem guten Zustand befinden. Die einzige Dusche ist schimmelig, schließt nicht mehr richtig und der Laminatboden davor quillt auf. Die Toiletten sind erbärmlich und stinken. Imgrunde ist nur eine der Toiletten für die gesamte Belegschaft wirklich nutzbar. Einige Jalousien fallen ab, sobald man sie betätigt, andere sind zerrissen, die Fenster im Obergeschoss schließen nicht richtig. Alles in allem ein Haus, in dem man nicht nur Miete kassieren, sondern auch in den Erhalt der respektablen Immobilie investieren sollte. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Lange keinen so schönen Urlaub verbracht, was nicht nur dem super Wetter geschuldet war. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert unmittelbar nach Kontaktaufnahme (uns ist ein Missgeschick mit dem Haustürschlüssel passiert, vielen Dank dafür!). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man ist jedoch schnell am Strand, wie in der Stadt oder der Tram. Wir waren mit 7 Personen angereist und es war eigentlich nicht zu eng. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Stunning villa

La villa est superbement orientée, toutes les pièces sont lumineuses, le décor est minimaliste, les literies neuves et excellentes et j’ai particulièrement apprécié la hauteur des plans de travail dans la cuisine, le jardin était assez grand pour notre marmaille d’enfants et de chiens. Jenny était ponctuelle et efficace. Par contre, l’aménagement des chambres n’est pas idéal; les enfants au deuxième étage doivent descendre deux étages pour aller aux toilettes et il en va de meme pour la deuxième chambre du premier étage. Il n’y a pas de séparation entre la chambre parentale et la salle de bain, le lit fait donc face au WC. La batterie de cuisine laisse à désirer, pas de pot à lait, pas de moule à tarte/quiche.

Perfektes Haus für Urlaub mit Kindern

Vielen Dank! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Familienurlaub in Klemskerke. Super Haus mit grandioser Ausstattung für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Von Kinderstühlen bis zu Spielen, Büchern und Gartenutensielien alles vorhanden. Besonders empfehlenswert ist auch die zubuchbare Strandhütte mit super Ausstattung. Tolle Lage und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt

Alles, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Mit der Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum, sowie den Annehmlichkeiten zu Hause hatten wir den perfekten Familienurlaub.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Kunterbunt verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man ist schnell am Strand und schnell im Ort. Im Haus fühlt man sich einfach rundum wohl. Auf dem kleinen Balkon lässt es sich bei einem Kaffee in der Sonne gut aushalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
