Also inside you can find a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory, To the outside there is ample off road parking and a front courtyard with a picnic bench. East Lodge is a stunning cottage in a great rural location.

Visit Peebles and Galahiels, both are short drives away with shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Further afield is Edinburgh, it provides beautiful buildings, great shopping opportunities and many things to do.
