Very comfortable holiday home with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, several terraces and a beautiful view over the bay of Saint Tropez. You feel that you are really at the sea! The house is tastefully decorated. The house is in a small, enclosed area and in the area there are two large pools, one of which is very suitable for swimming with children. The property is adjacent to the botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime. Sainte Maxime is a pleasant village with nice shops and cozy restaurants. Saint Tropez is 11 kilometers from Sainte-Maxime and the world famous beach clubs of St Tropez, as club55 about 15 kilometers from the house. A very nice, functional house in a beautiful place!

Ein schönes Haus mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer

Wir waren eine Woche in Sainte Maxime und sind begeistert. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und liegt ca. 400m vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Über das Gastgeschenk, eine Flasche Wein haben wir uns sehr gefreut und besonders über die Kaffee-Kapsel für den 1. Kaffee am Morgen . Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer war sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief super. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Ideal Location

Great location, walking distance from everything, city, beaches, boat shuttles to St Tropez. The view is really beautiful, finally the rental instructions are very clear and detailed. Really an ideal spot for vacation.

Wohlfühlurlaub in Sainte-Maxime

Ein tolles, gepflegtes Haus mit 2 wunderschönen Terrassen und einer super Ausstattung und das Wetter wurde auch immer besser. Wir haben die 2 Wochen genossen. Wir waren zu viert, drei Erwachsene und eine 3jährige, die die untere Terrasse mit dem Kunstrasen genossen hat. Das Haus liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage und ist über mehrere Tore zu erreichen. Zum Strand geht man keine 10 Minuten und nochmals in der gleichen Zeit ist man im Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt, sogar Eierbecher sind da, es standen Öl, Essig, Gewürze zur Verfügung, statt einer Kaffeemaschine gibt es eine Nespressomaschine, aber ein Kaffeefilter und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Für Golfer, ein Platz ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ein zweiter 15, für den Platz oberhalb von Saint-Aygulf braucht man eine halben Stunde. Weil im und um das Haus einfach alles perfekt funktioniert hat, meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en modern ingericht!!

Heerlijk huis, schoon , modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras. In rustige omgeving. Op loopafstand van het strand en centrum. Twee zwembaden op 2 minuten lopen waar het altijd erg rustig is. Wij komen zeker terug !!

Het is een heerlijk schone en gezellige woning. De foto's geven een goed beeld van het huis. Vanaf het grote terras een prachtig uitzicht op zee! Alles is in het huis aanwezig mede dankzij de perfecte service van de eigenaar. Het gezamenlijke zwembad op loopafstand was schoon en lekker verwarmd op 25 graden. Het centrum is op 15 a 20 minuten lopen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Mooiste plekje aan de zuid franse kust.

Heb in dit heerlijke huis de vakantie van m'n leven gehad. Wat een uniek plekje en wat een onvergetelijk uitzicht. Heerlijk zoveel luxe en warmte. En dan de zee en het zwembad op loop afstand. We hebben genoten van iedere minuut op het gezellig terras. Eindeloos natafelen met een goed glas wijn. De beschrijving klopt helemaal. Huis is schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Zeer aan te bevelen. We komen zeker terug. Meer vakantie kun je niet krijgen. Top huis!!!!!
