Lovely Three Bedroom, Two Bath Townhouse Situatated in Residential Neighbordhood
Located in the exclusive residential neighborhood of Agios Nicholaos, halfway between the main port of Athens (Pireaus) and Sounio (Temple of Poiseindon). Athens is approximately 40 kilometers away. A bus runs along the coastal road that will take you to the Elliniko Metro Station which will take you into the city of Athens. Beautiful, renovated townhouse with three bedrooms two baths, swimming pool, and only one short kilometer to the sea, where you find inviting beaches with sun chairs, umbrellas, food and beverages available.
Each floor has either a balcony or patio.The layout is perfect for two couples as it allows for privacy with separate floors for the bedrooms and bath and a shard kitchen and living room.
The first floor has two bedrooms and and a bath. A private
entrance onto the patio and down to the pool.
On the middle floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a large balcony with table (seating for eight) outside and inside table (seating for six)..
The top floor has a master bedroom with a full bath and balcony with a view of the sea which is only one kilometer away. The neighborhood is ideal for taking long, leisurely walks, going for a jog, or if you are more ambitious join the bike marathons up to Sounio.

We moved to Greece from the USA in 2002 and never looked back. The country is amazing.
Why they chose this property
Our home is situated in quiet residential neighborhood and still within one kilometer of the sea. The beach is a favorite of the locals in the summer with food & beverage service on the beach. Close proximity to grocery, shopping, pharmacy, water sports, outdoor movies, etc... Easy access to Athens, Pireaus, Sounio, and Lavrio. Annavissos is where the local Athenians come to vacation.
