For the more discerning guest we present an impressive ground-floor family apartment, situated on a private enclosed and child-friendly complex (Andalus Hills). Ideally located within proximity to the beaches and resort facilities, our accessible apartment is designed in a traditional Andalucian style with wonderful brick work columns, whitewashed facades, wooden beams and decorative tiles.
Every effort has been made to make this complex stand out from all the rest ..... and it does not disappoint! High levels of complimentary feedback from our satisfied guests on other trip sites! Our holiday home has easy ground floor access, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite), a large private enclosed 'al-fresco' terraced area, and benefits from a view out on to beautiful landscaped gardens, planted with palm trees (no road noise here!). Equipped to high standards with just about everything you would expect for a relaxing self catering holiday.
Our kitchen is equipped hob and oven / fan extractor, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge / freezer, micro-wave, food blender and cooking utensils. this leads to an outside utility area with storage and drying facility for clothes. An iron and ironing boards are also provided.
There is a superb large outdoor pool with small children's pool and children's play areas directly opposite. Spanish TV and British channels (satellite FREEVIEW) plus DVD player provided. . An acclimatised indoor pool caters for out of season swimming. Private secure parking space (within urbanisation). Our rates both reflect the quality of accommodation on offer and location, with WiFi access.
1 x double bed with en-suite bathroom (hair-dryer provided), 1 x twin bedroom (with full bathroom opposite), 1 x pull-out single sofa bed, and 1 x travel cot. As with most modern coastal resorts Vera Playa offers good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and adequate public transport options. For more options you can transit north from Vera Playa to the small harbour village of Villaricos or south to the larger fishing town of Garrucha, which has excellent facilities and dining options. For a more cosmopolitan resort feel travel to nearby Mojacar Playa - its all here and so very diverse! Golden beaches and lovely water park 3 mins drive. Vera Town 5 mins. On the local bus route to Vera Town and Mojacar Playa. Traditional open air markets / restaurants / bars / modern supermarkets / Go-kart circuit / Golf. Great cycling and fishing territory too!
We are on a local bus route that is cheap to use and takes you to Vera Town, Garrucha and Mojacar Playa.
