The studio is set within a larger property and gardens. It is a self contained annex with separate entrance. As stated in the title, it is a studio and therefore does not have a separate bedroom, however It has a large living space, ideally for a couple but has a sofabed can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate shower room/wc. It is ideal for walkers, with many footpaths in the area and the Greensand Way adjoins the property. There is ample off road parking and Pluckley railway station is less than a mile away. For those coming by train, a collection service can be arranged for a small fee. There is a TV and free access to wifi. The property can be rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

A brilliant self-contained unit. Sue ensured it was stocked with everything I might need. She was warm, welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my 4 night stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was lovely, was immaculately clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials . Was an enjoyable stay in a beautiful village. Our host was friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again . 5 stars !

Beautiful village

The lady of the house was really awesome and friendly. The only issues which one she was aware of but one could be resolved was the WIFI was a complete fail. We had a contract in The States we had to access on wifi. Total nightmare that turned out as we had to stand outside her house which is 12 ft away to grab the signal. The studio has no wardrobe to hang clothes from and just 2 small drawers and cupboard under the TV were empty for us to use. Bed is 2 singles pushed together. Home was mint condition. Shower excellent kitchen compact but excellent. She kindly left us butter and juice and marmalade. This is apparently the most haunted village in England. We were doing a lot of travelling and this I would have read up more about if I had wifi. Discovered it 2 days later. Uggh. That would have been fun researching. I should have verified how close to the lady's house it was before booking. My fault. Very hospitable lady and my issues may not be important to others for sure.
