ACCOMODATION
The interior is tastefully decorated with very comfy sofas and beautiful mango wood dining furniture and side tables. It is over 120 square meters. Here is the TV, DVD Player, and WIFI. The spacious living room and dining area are surrounded by large sliding glass doors which have panoramic views of the hills and the lagoon.
THE SPACE
From the main living area you walk on to a very large, private, south/south west facing, fully decorated terrace of over 100 square metres, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. It has loungers, sofas, umbrellas, awnings, Webber gas BBQ and a dining area for 6 people. It also has an outdoor shower to cool off in the hot summer days.
Every detail has been thought of so that you can enjoy your stay and not worry about anything.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated, has a king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, ample storage and dressing table, large glass sliding doors onto the terrace and a luxury 4 piece en suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, ample storage and dressing table, large glass sliding doors onto the terrace and a luxury 3 piece main bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room if you have an extra guest or small children.
The brand new beautifully designed kitchen is state of the art, and fully equipped with all high end appliances, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. (A washing machine is located on the side terrace in a store cupboard)

LOCATION
We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 minutes by car
For this apartment you will need a hire car as the nearest supermarket and the beach is 3.5 kilometers away. If you need any recommendations or help with this do let me know.
We are very close to 2 golf courses, the 5* Finca Cortesin Hotel & Golf Resort, one of the best courses in Europe and home of the Volvo masters. The Estepona Golf Club, is within walking distance, and has a great bar and a restaurant open for Bfast and lunch (until 6pm).
The nearest beach is 2 miles away as well as 2 large supermarkets (only a 5 minute drive).
Alcazaba Lagoon lies within the bounds of the village of Casares, a “white village”, known for the beauty of its cliffs and wildlife, walking routes, and great beaches with the best coves for swimming, fishing and scuba diving.
The Costa del Sol enjoys one of Europe’s particularly special ecosystems. Not only does it have an exceptional number of sunny days, it is also protected from the winter winds by a chain of mountains, and has a milder climate in the summer.
Only 5 kilometers away is Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The streets are decorated with lovely potted geraniums and there are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.
On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables.
It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do, there are swings, and games on the beach for the kids.
There is a lovely port which has a Sunday Market and many restaurants.
There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants. Also the bustling seaside town of Sabinillas is nearby .
THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE:
There are 300 days of sunshine per year, a lot of golf courses nearby. Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 5 minutes away, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has indoor karting for the kids and its own Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe.
In Algeciras is a great Aquapark too.
From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Sevilla. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada.
Also not to be missed is the beautiful old Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive.
We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Tarifa is a beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.
