Excellent communication with landlord and very helpful, stayed with family and they all love it. The property is specious, clean and very welcoming. I intend to visit again soon. The area is colourful with beautiful houses and greenery.
I visited family and friends in Buckshaw village. Ian showed prior to our arrival everything to my daughter. Thank you for that. He was always very helpful and responded quickly. The apartment was very tidy and clean. It is cozy and well equipped. We’ll definitely stay there again.
This is the 2nd time we have used this accommodation and would highly recommend.
The apartment itself is wonderful, furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean, it is situated in a very convenient location close to transport links and shops. The property owner is extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Lovely flat. Secure, good access from Motorway. Everything you could possibly need for comfort. Good selection of Local shops and eateries in and around Chorley. An ideal base for visiting the North West.
We like the flat and the neighbourhood. We would like to stay in the flat again.

A lovely homely and cosy apartment very comfortable
We stayed here for 2 months while our house was being repaired following flood damage, this was a very stressful time for us and we had been staying in a hotel for 5 weeks as soon as we walked in it felt like home very cosy and homely everything is set out very good the owners have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely place to stay with funishing touches everywhere that are so nice. We had some fairly cold nights while there but the wall heaters are brilliant and make the whole apartment cosy and warm, the bed is a double and we are used to king size so did find it a little small but blimey it was comfy and we slept very well. We were a little worried about noise from neighbours but never heard anything all night very quiet enabling a great nights sleep. Everything is set out great in the apartment and things are easily accessible and to use lots of towels clean bedding and washing dries quickly with the heaters on. We often fell asleep in the evening on the sofa and chair as they are so comfy, I can highly recommend this apartment and the owners are very helpful and easy to contact if you have any questions a lovely place to stay in our time of need.
