Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Leider spricht der Vermieter nur französisch und nicht Deutsch und Englisch, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Rückantworten erfolgten immer sehr schnell per E-Mail. Bei einem Problem war eine Ansprechperson immer sehr schnell vor Ort. Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung unbedenklich weiter empfehlen.

Beau logement bien équipé

Points positifs : Tres joliment agencé, spacieux, très bien équipé avec terrasse jardin et pétanque. Lieu calme, pas loin d'un supermarché et d'une boulangerie....et de la plage de Prunette. Points négatif : Nous n'avons pas pu fermer le portail et donc cloturer (pour notre chien) car notre voiture etait trop longue et le proprietaire ne pouvait donner l'acces a son garage car il y stocke ses effets personnels. La propreté du logement laisse un peu a désiré a mon goût (toiles d'araignée dans les coins, miettes dans le tiroir a couverts, traces d'origine inconnue sur le catelles de la douche, BBQ pas nettoyé...) Le gazon n'était pas tondu (herbe assez hautes) mais cela a ete fait le lendemain. Merci au proprietaire toujours disponible (par tel). Poi t

Séjour très agréable

Maison récente, propre, très pratique et bien équipée, proche de plusieurs commerces et de la plage de Prunete. Possibilité de garer deux voitures à l’abri, à condition de ne pas avoir un break de cinq mètres de long. Rue calme, jardin hermétiquement clos, ce qui est appréciable lorsque l’on a un chien. Le fait que le propriétaire accepte les chiens est un vrai plus. Au final, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette location.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, in dem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurants und Meer sind in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ruhige Lage, nahe am Meer

Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Osten und das innere Korsikas zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Optimal für 3 Personen. Das Auto kann in der Garage gestellt werden. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Séjour en famille idéal à Cervione pas loin de la plage

Nous venons de passer un super séjour en famille (2adultes 2 enfants 4 ans 1/2 et 1 an) de deux semaines chez René à Cervione. La maison est vraiment agréable, lumineuse, super bien équipée, jusqu'à la trancheuse de charcuterie, on s'est fait plaisir et on a manqué de rien! La plage n'est pas loin, environ 15 minutes à pieds, et la boulangerie (délicieux produits) et Super U à 5 minutes, super pratique. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, on s'est senti comme à la maison. Terrasse ombragée agréable pour manger dehors, avec barbecue plancha, et petit jardin bien sympathique. Un petit plus pour la clim dans la chambre et l'espace séjour, nous n'avons pas trop souffert des chaleurs et avons bien dormis. Il manquait cependant peut être juste deux barrières pour l'escalier, afin de sécuriser celui-ci avec des enfants. Merci René, et à bientôt. Edwige Thomas et leurs 2 loulous

Schönes, neues Ferienhaus - gerne wieder

Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck, man merkt, dass es vom Besitzer bewohnt wird, die Ausstattung ist ziemlich komplett. Die Kommunikation mit Rene verlief unkompliziert, zügig und konstruktiv. Lediglich der Checkin/Checkout mit der beauftragten Dame war etwas kurz angebunden, was dem Gesamteindruck jedoch keinen Abbruch tut.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort ausgestattet Ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist ebenfalls vorhanden . Unserer Meinung ist das Haus ideal für 3 Personen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter stand uns jederzeit und bei jeder Frage zur Verfügung. Ein kilometer langer Strand, einige Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind in wenigen Gehminuten (5 bis 10) zu erreichen. Bastia ist ca. 1 Autostunde entfernt, Bonifacio ca. 2 Autostunden. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage kann ich das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen.

Une très belle surprise

La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéalement placée pour aller à la plage et les commerces de proximité sont vraiment adéquats. Le barbecue à l'extérieur est très appréciable tout comme la clim dans toutes les pièces. Je confirme également que l'endroit est vraiment très calme. Enfin merci à la disponibilité du propriétaire qui reste joignable pour toute question

Sehr zufrieden

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Objekt war sehr schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sprich spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, kochmöglichkeiten usw war alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, auf englisch oder französisch, lief super über die Fewo App. Einzig die schlüsselübergabe verlief etwas holprig, da die Dame vor Ort weder deutsch noch englisch, sonder französisch oder italienisch, sprach und mein schulfranzösisch leider etwas eingerostet war. Aber mit Händen und Füßen haben wir es hinbekommen und sehr nett war die Dame auch, von daher ging es irgendwie. Der Strand ist zu Fuß etwa 6-7 min entfernt und mit dem Auto in 2-3 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man auch in wenigen Minuten an Menschenleere Strände fahren, was wir ganz schön fanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Geschäft und kiosk sowie Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Anlage und den Ort sehr weiterempfehlen

Appartement en duplex impecable. Situe idealement entre la montagne et la mer. Equipement de la Cuisine et la salle de bain extraordinaire. Le garage et a votre disposition pour rester tranquille pendant le sejour. Partout la proprete etonne. La proximite des commerces facilite la vie cotidienne. Pratique et sur-équipée !

J'ai rarement été dans une location autant équipée... Clim, BBQ (au gaz), VTT, transat, robot, lave vaisselle, belle machine à laver, 2tv, chaîne hifi, ustensiles de cuisines nombreux, fer et planche à repasser, sèche cheveux, nombreux placards de rangements etc etc, la litterie est confortable. Elle est décorée avec goût avec un mobilier moderne. La propriété est également idéalement située, la vue sur la montagne, et à 10min (à pied) à peine de la plage "la prunete" , tabac/presse, boulangerie, supermarché "Util" entre 5 à 10min à pied. Aucune critique négative ! Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et toujours disponible ! Un grand merci beaucoup pour ces 15jrs...
