The apartment is well positioned within walking distance to all the historical sites, restaurants, shops, the municipal beach and a smaller beach nearby.
Being downtown, the neighborhood offers everything in very short distances. Large supermarket, grocery store, fish store, taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars reputed distance 50m.-300m.
The small street market every Saturday with the tasty, mainly organic, local produce is at 50 m. next to the central bus station.
The District of the old castle is at 150 meters for a romantic walk and direct access to the old town of Rethymnon.
The old town, the market and the central city beach is 10'-20' walk.
On the road taxis pass throughout day and night.
The central bus station is only 2' walk. Regular buses takes you to beautiful villages by the mountains or to sandy beaches to the south coast of Rethymno facing the Libyan sea !!!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of family building, with light-colored marble floors, grand entrance and elevator, one step from the sea! It is clean, well maintained and equipped with all you need.
The residents of the building are hospitable and friendly.
The space of the apartment is very spacious, a total of 150 square meters, with a big balcony on the side of the main road and a smaller on the back side of the apartment.
The living room is decorated with handmade traditional Cretan furniture made by the grandfather of the family. It has a comfortable three-seat sofa in front of the fireplace and television.
In the same large area there is an additional dining table for 6-10 people (opening table).
In the wide corridor that connects the living room to the bedrooms there is a more quiet corner with a traditional three-seat sofa where you can sit for reading or surfing in the Internet.
The kitchen is a large room with many cupboards and all the accessories, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and large table for 8 people. There is the possibility to cook by yourselves.
A small room next to the kitchen serves as storage space.
Two of the three bedrooms face the south side of the building with the smaller balcony.
The third bedroom is more autonomous, facing the side of the main road, and directly connected to the large balcony of the apartment. Just next to a small beach, from the balcony you can see the sea.
All rooms are sunny and airy!
It also has a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a smaller WC with shower.
Hot water 24/7, solar or electrical.
The heating is with radiators and air condition.
The apartment is fully equipped with ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and dishwasher, clean sheets and towels and clothes-horse balcony.
All electrical devices can be used by guests.
The price of accommodation includes the consumption costs such as heating, electricity, water.
Although we ask our guests to be considerate about energy since in our island we are sort in water stocks during summer.
For a lovely welcome a little bottle of typical drink with snacks and fruits is prepared for you!!!

From our guests we wait discriminatory behavior with attention to traditional handmade furniture of the apartment.
Respecting quiet hours (14:30-17:30 and 23:00-8:00) and have good communication with the other residents of the building. No partying please.
