The ancient village, after a renovation that has always taken into account the architectural needs and careful to respect the history and traditions of this land, offers superior accommodation. Each apartment, built within the historic core, is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay.
The residential complex has a large swimming pool with individual equipment for each apartment, has a Barbecue area available to customers and a large parking area. It is possible to bring small pets with you. The property also offers its guests a well-equipped self-service laundry.
In the heart of the Chianti Classico region, near Castellina in Chianti, only 21 km from Siena and 40 from Florence.
With 47 hectares of hilly terrain, which include forests, olive trees and vineyards, this place is the best in the area and thanks to its exposure to the sun and the composition of the soil from the highest quality grapes.
Access to the apartment, located on the first floor of the complex, is via an external staircase that leads to a splendid porch available exclusively to guests. It has 4 rooms distributed as follows:
1 double bedroom
1 TV room with double sofa bed and a single bed
1 kitchen with fireplace
1 bathroom with tub
